reach you by telephone and online message to discuss your concerns. Nonetheless, Mr. [redacted] completed a thorough review of the activity in question. Our records indicate that the debit card linked to your checking account ending in [redacted] was preauthorized in the amount of $224.13 on March 24, 2016. On March 29, 2016, the $224.13 transaction posted to your checking account. The next day, a funds transfer in the amount of $239.33 from your checking account ending in [redacted] to your other USAA checking account posted to your account. Since sufficient funds were not available for the transfer, an overdraft fee was assessed; however, the fee has since been refunded as a courtesy. Your account currently reflects a positive balance.
We appreciate you allowing us to review the matter and to reply to you. Should you have any further questions, Mr. [redacted] remains available, and he can be reached at [redacted]

maintained efficiently and accurately. A thorough review of your situation confirmed that on July 21, 2015, a $600.00 credit card payment was authorized by you and a notation was made on your account. When the USAA Federal Savings Bank (FSB) attempted to process the credit card payment that evening, the transaction was declined by the card issuer and the FSB did not receive the funds. Based on the loan account status and in accordance with the Notice of Right to Cure Default dated July 7, 2015, your vehicle was repossessed. I understand that your vehicle has since been retrieved and your account is up to date as of this response. [redacted], of our staff, was unsuccessful in speaking with you to discuss this matter; however, should you have any questions, he remains available and can be reached at [redacted]
Thank you for allowing us to reply to you. Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: USAA informed me to keep using the process that brought me to this complaint in the first place, the process that has taken over 18 months with zero resolution. USAA also, in regards to this complaint, ignored the fact that I am deployed and stated that they tried to call me to reach me and left a voice message. After I did not respond, they sent a message via their communication center. USAA has continued to show that they are completely inept at fulfilling their commitment of being my insurer and fulfilling my insurance claim. They are trying to force me to accept a payment for my claim that is not sufficient and they are stating that the claim is complete, so I have to accept the monies and afterwards I can submit supplemental items for additional funds. However, from previous experience dealing with USAA on that matter, they do not honor supplemental items. They find a loophole to deny any supplemental claims.
Regards,

This person ([redacted]) is not a USAA member. Based on the information provided I could not find a claim number associated with them. If they can provide a claim or policy number, we could proceed. [redacted] | Member Relations Advisor | CEO Member Relations Member...

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The tires were replaced as noted. The consensus was this was not a pre-existing condition, but vandalism.

I am rejecting this response because: The response from USAA Federal Savings Bank did nothing to address any specific details of my Revdex.com complaint but their response did mention a simultaneous complaint that I had made with against USAA with the OCC. This USAA response said only that USAA would address that simultaneous complaint through the OCC. This superficial USAA response (or lack thereof) only further demonstrates the smug attitude and customer contempt that USAA has for their depositors and may even be regarded as passive aggressive in light of USAA opting only to refer to an OCC complaint in their formal Revdex.com response. Furthermore, USAA suspiciously waited an entire week to respond to this Revdex.com complaint and seemingly only offered this impotent response after waiting the full length of their hold on my money before responding, thus, exerting their will through indifference. Again, I am warning everyone to stay away from this bank and I will be posting this warning on every review site I can find online. This

your concerns. As she explained, the charge for $32.20 that reflected on your loan statement was the lien recording fee; however, it was applied to the account in error. On March 28, 2017, the fee was applied as a principal payment. We regret the confusion this issue created, and if you have additional questions, Ms. [redacted] remains available to assist you.

January 7, 2016 [redacted] Complaint ID #: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]: I am responding to your second submission regarding the deductible associated with the December 12, 2015, automobile claim. We replied to your complaint on December 22, 2015, and as we advised you previously, a $100.00 deductible applies to the claim. We respectfully decline your request to waive the deductible for the loss. Regarding additional damage to the vehicle after the loss, according to the Tennessee Auto Policy under Part E, General Provisions, Duties After an Accident or Loss, D., “A person seeking coverage under Part D – Physical Damage Coverage must also: 1. Take reasonable steps after loss to protect your covered auto and its equipment from further loss. We will pay reasonable expenses incurred to do this.” Furthermore, 3. states, “Permit us to inspect and appraise the damaged property before its repair or disposal.” A review of our records confirms that our conversations with you from December 18, 2015, the date you allege electrical damage occurred to the vehicle since the glass was not repaired, and January 4, 2016, did not allow us the opportunity to discuss the additional damages with you. Please contact [redacted], of our staff, at [redacted] to discuss this further. While we consider the deductible matter resolved, we appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns again. Ms. [redacted] awaits your call to assist you. Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted]:
I am responding to your submission regarding your March 30, 2017, automobile claim.
Between April 18 and April 20, 2017, two checks were mailed to the repair facility, following supplemental appraisals of your vehicle. On April 21, 2017, you spoke with your adjuster and advised that the repair facility would not release your vehicle until they received payment in full. On April 24, 2017, after confirming that both of the previously issued payments were canceled, the adjuster sent a single check overnight to the repair facility. A detailed review of your claim did not identify any service delays. In addition, your automobile policy does not provide rental reimbursement coverage, and we are unable to grant your request for reimbursement of any rental expenses incurred.
[redacted], of our Claims staff, was unsuccessful in reaching you to discuss your concerns; however, your feedback has been shared with the appropriate parties. If you have additional questions, Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist you.
We appreciate you allowing us to reply to you.
Sincerely,
