I am rejecting this response because: Any and every insurance company I have talked to has stated that they notify their customers and ensure that they acknowledge a change in the policy.. Once again MY policy was set up to renew every 6 months automatically there for I understand a change maybe in the pricing of a full coverage policy without notification.. But USAA CHANGED my entire policy without my understanding..No notification or anything.. they state that they sent it in the mail.. but how does that ensure that it gets from their company to my mailbox successfully without an issue in the delivery process??? I never once recieved ANY notification so how is this a CORRECT decision??? I never recieved ANY PHONE calls or emails.... MY WIFE and I went back to ALL of our emails and never recieved anything about a change...so how is this a CORRECT decision?? I chose to get a loan through USAA and have my full coverage on the vehicle through USAA... because I owed on the vehicle... and like I stated my renewal is set up automatically every 6 months... As a military service member I feel that I have been scammed because they changed my policy without my notification or ensuring that I fully recieved the policy change USAA has my PHONE nunber on file which contacts me directly and they never attempted to contact me this is a SCAM and I have a complete loss of my vehicle that we still have a loan with through usaa..... USAA has been very RUDE to me... and the NEW information that USAA should realize is that they SCAMMED me my WIFE was involved in a crash that she went to the medical hospital on base and determined that she had a concussion and we have proof... and USAA is suppose to cover our vehicle because we had full coverage that was changed without my permission or even my Acknowledgment.... I am very upset that USAA is treating me and my wife like this when our vehicle is totaled and she had a concussion and our coverage was full coverage... if this does not get resolved in the correct honest way then I am going to be forced to take it to the media and contact my legal officer... I am not going to let USAA treat me as a military member like this as well as my wife...

I am rejecting this response because:You have not addressed the original rental fee I had to pay. You claim that it is the body shops fault, and even though I disagree with that assessment, it should not be my responsibility to monitor the body shop. You complain that it took them 5 days to get you pictures, yet have no excuse for it taking 4 weeks fo you to determine that my car was totaled. AND I still don't have a check for it! I cannot purchase a replacement vehicle without the claim check, until I receive that I will need to continue renting a car.

merits, and we are responsible for making decisions in accordance with the terms, conditions, and limitations of the policy. Thank you for speaking with [redacted], of our staff, who explained the supplement process if additional accident related repairs are needed, as well as the use of Quality Recycled Parts (QRP). The QRP warranty is at the bottom of the estimate you were provided. Based on the date you will be taking your vehicle to the shop, a rental reservation has been set up. Ms. [redacted] also verified the estimate would be revised to remove the front bumper damage that you confirmed was not accident related. While it’s clear we didn’t provide the level of service you deserve, we respectfully disagree with your allegations of wrongdoing. If you have additional questions, Ms. [redacted] remains available to assist you. We appreciate you allowing us to reply to you. Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the business made no real effort in resolving the issue, they simply stated they were within their rights with everything they were doing , I have proven already why the deductible was reduced - the investigation should have been halted at that moment. I pay for full coverage and it obviously is not worth it, I will accept a resolution to he complaint when one is actually made. I'll be calling the Revdex.com to let them know how the situation has changed since an investigator came into my home and made me feel like a criminal. No effort has been made to contact the witnesses I provided as well. This is a witch hunt at this point and for nobody in your company to realize you are mistreating a customer is ridiculous. Within your rights , yes- is what your doing acceptable? No.

I am rejecting this response because USAA cannot, will not, and refuses to answer the following questions posed many times! 1. Is an inspection of my living room ceiling without going into the attic or setting foot on my roof, in your core values of service, honesty, and integrity considered a thorough inspection? 2. Are photos taken from a ladder propped on my eave, proof that my damage is not wind/hail related? 3. Isn't directing your inspector to re-inspect and revise his estimate proof that USAA acknowledges he did not perform the initial inspection properly? Core values of service, honesty, and integrity somehow are blowing in the wind! 4. When a revised estimate was submitted by your inspector without a re-inspection (directed by Claims Dept.) and was accepted by USAA; doesn't that make USAA just as culpable to incompetent practices as he is? 5. If Mr. Crites believes that "Please ... our core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity ... wrongdoing." Then why won't you answer these questions? Why won't you admit that your decision has no merit because it is based on an incomplete inspection, a fraudulent estimate, an inspector that failed to follow USAA's directives to re-inspect and then revised his estimate. Which of these reflect your company's core values?
