I responded in a explicit laden manner due to the frustration that resulted in me being talked down to in a rude and condescending manner. I felt as if I was misled to purchase something from their online store and they went to great lengths to make me feel as if I were in the wrong. To top it off I received a phone call from their organization today and was treated to another lecture by one of their representatives who felt the need to tak down to me. This has never been about the $[redacted] refund. This is about how they fool consumers and if you're so bold as to ask for an apology they will do all in their power to try and make it seem as if it's your fault. The case is still misleading advertising followed by bad customer service topped off with a curt phone call from a rude employee. Did I get emotional, yes. But I was put there by this company and the terrible way it treats their customers.

They said they provided me with a solution but in actuality they just sent me a few links that I could easily find on my own, and that are not at all helpful. They also suggested I contact them through their messaging system which doesn't work on my cell phone, and is horribly inconvienient, they also said I could call in, I have called in 2-3 times in the past, waited over an hour every time on the phone and 2 of them I was disconnected after I spoke to a person and the 3rd time they were absolutely no help

With the discontinuation of [redacted] across all platforms, we will be refunding PS4 users who purchased any content for the game via PlayStation Store or in-game since August 17, 2017.

[redacted] called me to discuss the case at 1pm on 9/22/2015.
He told me that they can't repair or replace the PS3, and the best they can do is the $150 refurbished model.
[redacted] mentioned that my model of PS3 is known to fail after a couple of years.
I asked about the next escalation channel to which [redacted] said there is no escalation channel at this point and that I couldn't speak with a supervisor.
This offer is unacceptable as the YLOD is a known manufacturers defect which Sony should address at no cost to me.

This model is no simply longer serviced; SCEA does not consider this PlayStation to have a 'manufacturer defect'.
We DO offer a replacement for his model, the fee for service is $150.00.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of my intent with the code or any other events that transpired, my code had not been activated at the time I requested a representative to verify if the code was still valid, or inactive. Upon asking that information, I was told to sign in to my account and enter the code. Trusting Sony and its representatives, I followed heir instruction. I was malisciously deceived into activating the code myself, leaving me out of $50 and no code that could be used for any purpose.
