For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did speak to the club manager and she said she could not do anything for me She stated my request could not be done by here and that I should contact the person who originally made me the offer When I told her the csstomer service person in corporate told me it was not possible to reach the person who made the commitment she said she could not help This is clearly a run around back and forth between people who all have no interest in fulfilling the offer I was made I also asked, when I spoke to the customer service representative, before I filed this complaint, who I could go to at a higher level and was told there is no one else I can speak with Clearly the only interest this firm has is in money and there is no interest in good customer relations My request would be of no cost to them but all they want is for me to pay to upgrade my membership.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received a call on the afternoon of Monday, the 26th of October from a Hour Fitness Representative at the Corporate OfficeShe identified herself as [redacted] and she stated the following to me:She stated the contract they said I signed was in fact garbled per my complaint and not enforceableIt was not the contract I signed originally along with my McCardle Guarantee dues certificate taken by Hour FitnessShe stated they were cancelling the contract due to it be garbledShe stated she saw I was an original member covered under the McCardle agreement and that my dues would now be frozen permanently at $She stated this was permanently for life and never to be raised againShe stated I would receive a refund of the $that Hour Charged me last September and it would be returned to my accountI have not received this refund [redacted] assured me that all of the above would be annotated here on the Revdex.com Website for me to print out for my recordsThat has not happened.None of the above has occurredWhen I receive a reply from Hour Fitness concurring with all of the above, I will then consider the matter closedUntil then, as far as I am concerned, this complaint remains open Regards, [redacted] ***
