Funny how I need to provide the contract from more than nine years ago instead of them.? There is nothing in this contract that either of us are debating but it will serve to prove a few of the facts that everyone has agreed on up to this point.? I also added the most recent bill showing the massive overnight increase in dues.? I re-did the math on this.? They actually raised me an my wife's? rate 145% overnight.? Well more than my original 116% figure.? it went from $to $ Fact #- Contract states that rate will be $per year Fact # - New rate is $(A whopping 145% increase) Fact # - The salesman lied to me and others about the lifetime rate never increasing(cannot be proved or denied with this document but I am working on supplying that evidence and will have it for the arbitration) Fact # - The 3% per year increase is the only mention of any maximum annual rate hikeNo max due increase is stated for annual members(This is where the Revdex.com comes in to ensure ethical standards and anti-discrimination practices) Now you have three written testimonies from me and proof in black and white showing you the (1)unethical practices, (2)customer deception and (3)discrimination.? The evidence proving these three damning points is overwhelming and undisputed by Hour Fitness even though they've had almost two months to dispute any of this but have chosen not to...they can't...it's all true.? There is no way you can allow them to increase the rate 145% overnight, its undeniably unethical...hence the fact that they have not denied thisThey have also not denied that they deceived customers (straight up lied to us) and have not denied that they have discriminated against annual payment customers.? They are aware of business ethics and actually? regulate themselves with month-to-month customer rate hikes at? 3% per year.? Why to double-standard? Force them to end the discrimination.? Bring them to justice for their intentional deception and lies.? Send a message to them with a swift ruling.? They have disrespected the Revdex.com and this process in such a way that serves only to reinforce my claims that they do not abide by? any logical ethical standards.? They don't even have the decency to address my claims, attempt to rebut any of them in any way or even get back to you guys in a timely fashion, and when they do , they say nothing.? I have responded to every email within hours.? ? Ironic how Hour Fitness cannot provide you this courtesy.? When they bother to respond again or take part in arbitration they will be forced to defend themselves and try to refute the fact that: 1.? ? They lied!
