If they emailed me, then where is the email.? The emails that I am attaching to this response will show exactly how 24hour fitness has in fact evaded emailing me in efforts to shield their actions.? On August 25, 2015, I emailed customer service about the filthy conditions of the [redacted] Club.? Oddly and shortly thereafter I started having a problem with the cleaning crew disregarding my? privacy in the locker roomThe email attached shows the complaint.? When I spoke to [redacted] (manager) and emailed him on Ocotober 15, about what had happened numerous times, he DID NOT email me back.? Instead, I received a call from [redacted] .? I emailed [redacted] on October 20, and again explained my complaint.? On October 20, I received an email from [redacted] (after he left me a phone message asking me to call him) NOT addressing my complaint but instead a request to call him.? I called him since he DID NOT answer my email, and he only tried to dominate the conversation, told me that the area was a common area and not a part of the mens locker room, and that 24hour fitness would gladly terminate my membership if I took any more videos.? I have also attached a diagram that shows the exact are that the workers were coming into and the areas ARE NOT COMMON AREAS? The Xs on the diagram show where the female workers continued to come into and that the workers were in a position to see the dressing and showering areas of the locker room? On November 11, I received a phone message from ***, saying he wanted me to call him? I DID NOT call him back because when I called at their request before, I was threatened by [redacted] ***? Thus, I sent a phone text to him (copy attached also), and he DID NOT respond? They HAVE NOT tried to meet with me and their only answer was to threaten me.? No I will not continue calling them just to be threatened, and they are not addressing my email content specifically because they are thinking that there actions have gone UNDOCUMENTED and UNRECORDED.? At this point the only person that needs to address my concerns is their legal representative.? I WILL NOT engage in phone calls so that they can continue to try and threaten me.? If they are honest and have an ounce of integrity, address my MANY documented emails directly, and not avoid documented responses like a dishonest person.? Ask 24hour fitness to show you any written emails TO ME and MY email account about meeting, and/or addressing directly the content of my emails to themThey cant provide them to you because they don’t existI've shown them video and photo of the incidents (and I have others as well) and they have only blamed and threatened me? Since they continue to blame me for the incident and dont care about the violation of my rights to privacy, I am only interested in settling the issue through legal means?
