I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I'd like to let hour fitness know that while yes, they did resolve my personal issue - a customer should not have to go leaps and mounds to get the service they need -- hour is in business because of people like meI did get what I wanted, but the people "helping" me were very passive aggressive and I pretty much had to scream and shout, go to social media, go to the Revdex.com to get any type of help -- it should not be that wayHad the right information been communicated to me as soon as I called on the very first day, I probably would not have escalated the issue at allMy problem was after weeks of being transferred to all the wrong people, I finally came in contact with someone who was capable of helping me, but after all this effort, they basically told me that I was wrong and they can't do anything for me After putting me through all those weeks of work DURING MY WORK HOURS, they could have said "I'm sorry, this information should have been communicated to you up front" and maybe done SOMETHING to make me feel like I've been heardInstead they pretty much told me they couldn't do anything and after fighting with them publicly on social media is when I was told that the length of my membership has been adjustedA company shouldn't make their customer go through such hurdles to do what's right by the customer (who is paying them to stay in business) Regards, [redacted] ***
