For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did receive the copy of my contract, but I did not receive a response to this email that I sent minutes after I received that copy on 11/10/15@ 5:33PM :I see that it says that hour fitness "may increase subsequent annual renewal amounts" when it talks about "fees." In the same section though it talks about MPM memberships only being allowed to increase once per year at a rate of "not more than 5%." So my question to you is this, how do you justify a rate increase of 100%, if you commit to a 5% figure for your MPM memberships on the same section? I have talked to reps from hour fitness on this, they are not high enough on the food chain I need to talk to someone who can actually respond to this injustice in jacking up rates and taking advantage of this "yearly fee" loophole Regards, [redacted]
