Sinemia has refused to provide a correction for the product purchased after several attempts were made to have it resolved.
In December of 2018, I purchased a gift card from Sinemia. The gift card went to the wrong email. For several months I have been attempting to work with Sinemia to get this addressed. I have requested a transfer on several occasional and requested a resolution to the problem. They have profoundly ignored me and when given a response, they were not helpful and did not address the overall issue. Since the response, they has ignored all messages for resolution. According to the Terms and Agreements, I am entitled to the exchange that they refuse to provide. This is a clear breach of what I agreed to and this has been a very frustrating and expensive situation that I am being forced to file a lawsuit just to have an exchanged occur.

The gift card purchased was sent to the wrong email. I have been simply asking Sinemia to have the email transferred to the correct email address. They continue to ignore my requests. This whole situation has placed me under duress

I am unable use my Sinemia service despite having paid for it through November of 2019.
My wife, ***, and I purchased year long memberships for Sinemia's 3 movie a month program in November of 2018. We purchased the yearly prescription because that was the only option. Had there been a monthly option we would have opted for that. The first couple of months were fine but then we have had nothing but problems since.
They continued to add many things that were not in the original contract of when we purchased our membership. When we started it was promoted that we could purchase tickets online or with a physical card. We opted for the online. They said that there may be fees associated from the ticket app unless we use a service or app where there are no fees. We are AMC stubs members and do not have to pay online ticket fees when purchasing tickets for AMC theaters. Sinemia added a $1.80 fee anyway anytime you reserved a movie regardless of which app you purchased through. This was different than the terms we purchased our membership with.
They then asked us to upload photos and a legal ID in order to continue use of our account. We felt this was invasion of privacy but we did it because we wanted to continue using the service.
We also were given a $10 credit each because I signed my wife up as a friend through their promotion. It shows in our account but there is no way to actually use the $10 towards their fees.
We then thought we could try using the physical card but then they want to charge us for that too and that price continues to increase. They have you caught to where you cant use the service. There have also been multiple times that I use the online card they give me and it gets declined. This resulted in having to pay for a movie outright because I was already at the theater.
Another time they forced my wife to pay full price for her movie ticket because they claimed she didn't "check in". She had physical proof of a ticket stub and a picture of her at the theatre with a time stamp and they still made her pay for the movie ticket before she could continue to use the service.
We also would periodically have times that the app just would not work at all and we could not make reservations which then turned into the last 4 weeks of the app just giving us an "unknown error occurred" message and we have been completely unable to use the service we paid for. As of now, we are completely unable to use the service with my wife and I getting the exact same mysterious "unknown error occurred". I have attempted to contact Sinemia through email 3 separate times and they have not responded.

Desired Outcome

Able to use Sinemia service to see movies. Physical card without charge $1.80 fee removed that Sinemia charges for online ticket transactions. If these actions are not able to be met then we would like a full refund of the yearly prescription as we have not been given anything remotely close to what was promised when we purchased the membership.

I have been unable to use the app for over a month to purchase movie tickets. I have contacted support numerous times with no resolution.

Well, as you can see, they have no intention of fixing my issue, they have never ONCE asked me how I was getting the errors, given me feedback on how to fix it, NOTHING, I'm not convinced they even believe me or that they are even anything more than a robot on the other end. I need help resolving this and I want my money back as I've only been able to use one months tickets out of five for various reasons related to their apps or some odd hurdle I had to make to get it working. Thanks and I look forward to getting a full refund.

Refund the entire original value of my subscription $119.88 and apologize to me for the HORRENDOUS customer service.

Sinemia app to book advance movie tickets has not been working for me since March 4th 2019. Customer service does not respond.
Sinemia app has not worked for me since March 4th 2019. I am unable to book advance movie tickets. I paid their service fees for an entire year upfront and have not been able to use their service since last 7 weeks. I have written numerous times to their customer support but have not heard back. I would like to ask Sinemia either to fix their service or refund me my money because they have not been able to meet their part of the service contract. It is one of the worst services I have ever experienced both in terms of availability of service and customer support. The CEO of this company seems to act unaware of the issues with the service which leads me to think this entire thing is a scam. I have no interest in using your service anymore. Please refund me my service fees.

An app must be used to order tickets from sinemia. The app has not worked for two months. Could not use service and now they are raising prices.
Since Jan 2019, I've been trying to use Sinemia as a method to purchase tickets to see several featured films throughout the year. It's a monthyl subscription similiar to Movie pass. In order to successfully use Sinemia, I had to indicate what film I'll be watching and the app will provide me with a credit card number to purchase my tickets online. A convenience fee is then charged. Unfortunately, I have tried to use the app several times. The app fails at processing my request and showing the credit card information use to purchase my tickets.

After experiencing that ordeal, I decided ordered a card from them to allow me to purchase tickets at the box office without paying any convenience fee (charged when you order tickets online). I tried to use that card several times since I received it and again, the app fails to process my request to redeem my tickets. I have not been able to use my subscription for four months (Jan 2019-April 2019). I will cancel the subscription (they are also raising prices). However, it is unfair to pay for four months of subscription w/o having the app work. I also paid for the physical card for two tickets (at $29.98).

I sent Sinemia an email indicating that the service is not working and I haven't heard back from them. (March 23, 2019, and April 14, 2019).

App has always been practically useless and now the app has completely stopped working. No response from customer svc to any of my several emails.
I pre paid for a year long service in Jan 2019. In the last 3 months Sinemia has made usage of their app so difficult and so spotty that it is THE most frustrating experience. On top of that they slap users with false fees and penalties, which I reported to Revdex.com and thanks to you it was resolved. Now in the last 2 weeks their app has just completely stopped working. I have emailed customer service several times but have not gotten a single response. With every passing day I am losing the value of the service that I paid for. Not to mention the hours I spend testing the app, wondering if has fixed itself. And the frustration of not seeing it working and not hearing from the company. I am a paying customer who at the most basic deserved the service I paid for. I have NEVER received that from Sinemia. They are scamming customers.

I demand they refund my money. I have spent many hours trying to get their app to work, emailing them about a broken product, fighting fraud fees, waiting to hear from customer service and finally opening a case with Revdex.com for justice...I am not at all interested in the service or app anymore. I just want my money and never want to deal with them anymore. They should really not be in business because they are only causing distress and frustration to customers. I purchased a year year membership in Sinemia and the app hasn't worked for the past two months so I have been unable to use my "free" movies.
Customer service is unreachable and only responds via email. Their most recent email response to me when I asked about canceling my membership is that I cannot get even a pro-rated amount back due to the terms of the agreement. I reminded them that the terms assume that their product actually functions...which it does not.

Sinemia is a pre-paid subscription app. As such, the services should be available at all times. I have been unable to make purchases on the app for multiple days. All attempts to contact the company has been unsuccessful. I feel like I'm being conned out of my money. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work.

The app is faulty. I've had "unknown errors" or otherwise been unable to order tickets 8 out of 10 times I tried.
Sinemia is a subscription service. You pay a membership fee, and are entitled to 3 movie tix per month. I've tried so many times to order a ticket and been unable to through this fraudulent app. They never respond to customer service requests unless I call them out on twitter, and then conveniently solve the issue after I've already paid out of pocket for my movie ticket. Then, next time I try, it doesn't work again and I have to pay out of pocket. I had to buy a yearlong membership to enroll and have asked for a refund multiple times. I've not been offered any free tickets or refund for the money I've spent out of pocket.

I've paid for a year subscription and have not been able to see movies for over 3 weeks now. I lost the chance last month and it looks like this month will turn out the same. I don't know who to turn to... Sinemia feels like a SCAM now. I would be happy to just refund my money so I can walk away. but customers can not even talk with any kind of support person on the issues... we are stairing at a wall with no service for what we paid for.

Using the app to purchase a movie ticket, the app gave me an error message preventing me from getting a ticket. I paid out of pocket; want reimburseme
In order to use Sinemia, you must reserve a ticket through their app at the time you are at the theater. At the time, my subscription allowed 4 trips to the movies for 2 people. My wife and I drove 30 minutes to the theater, and when I attempted to use the app at the theater, the app gave me an error message when I attempted to confirm my ticket. This prevented me from using the app to acquire the two tickets that I have paid for through my subscription plan. Since there is no way of immediately contacting the company via email, phone or live chat, I could not have this resolved before the movie began. Since we were at the theater that took us 30 minutes to drive to, we paid out of pocket. I have documentation of the error message and my receipts showing I paid for the movies out of pocket.

I want Sinemia to reimburse me for cost of the two tickets I purchased out of pocket using my credit card (VISA ending XXXX) ($25.14)(the reimbursement can be made to my credit card they have on file; VISA ending ***), and they can deduct 1 movie-visit from 4 that the subscription allots me this month. I paid for a year membership that gives me 3 movies a month for 2 people (with 1-movie a month that is allowed to roll over to the next month if not used; this is why I am allotted 4 movies this month). I should not have to pay for movie tickets out of pocket just because their app did not work.

Details:
-We tried to get tickets for the 7:50pm showing of the movie "Shazam" at the Regal Hamilton Commons 14 theater in *** on 4/12/2019 (I have screenshots from my phone showing that I was attempting to see this movie on this date at this time at this theater; I have screenshots showing the error message that prevented me from getting the tickets)
-I contacted Sinemia via two methods, both of which I have not received a response. The first method was via their website inquiry form on 4/12, and received the following automated email that has not been followed up on by Sinemia:

-I contacted them via Direct Message on Twitter on 4/12, and have not received a response. I have sent them 10 separate additional direct messages via Twitter over the last week, and have not received a response.

App never works then works. When it does work the debit card it generates doesnt. It takes for for an eternal loop. The company reps are no help
They lock out your app until you contact them. After you contact them the app mysteriously changes. When a debit card is generated from their app it never works. The customer service reps lie and send you in circles. Their FB and Instagram constantly deletes all the bad comments and block people.

Desired Outcome

FULL REFUND for the lies, hidden fees, new rules every month. Lost time, bad days trying to go to the movies and declined.

Constant Service Outages, Hidden fees, and Unfair Charges
My plan started on 10/11/2018. The plan should've included 2 movie tickets per month at any theater, to be purchased in advance using a virtual credit card unlocked via their app. I started using the service only to find out there was an unadvertised Service Fee for every single ticket purchased, even though they were not actually providing ticketing services. I complained an received no response. Shortly thereafter I noticed there was an additional Transaction Fee associated with every single ticket purchased. This was to cover any service fees charged by the company who actually did provide the tickets. I don't pay those fees, and there was an option to specify that, so I could avoid it at the time. a few months ago that option was removed, and even though I still don't pay service fees, Sinemia still requires me to claim that I do, and reimburse them some minimum amount that they aren't actually due. Again, I complained and received no response. Starting on 4/4/19, two weeks ago, I noticed the app had stopped working to process payments for tickets entirely, and has not be fixed. I have had to pay more than $25 out of pocket for tickets that I should've been able to get through the service, and have still received no answer from Sinemia. So, at this point I have been paying for a service that wrongfully overcharges me, and now I am continuing to pay while the service provides me nothing. I would cancel it, but I pre-purchased a full year.

Given that Sinemia clearly has no intention of getting back to me, I want the service cancelled, and my money refunded for the remainder of this year, plus the additional $26.50 that I paid for movie tickets out of pocket that should've been covered on the app had the service been working properly up until today.

There app in which to get advance movie tickets will not work. It will always pop up a message saying an unknown error has occurred.
In the month of February I bought a new one year movie package through them. Everything was fine until April the 14. On that day Sinemia app in which to get a ticket would not complete the process. A message saying "An unknown error occurred. Please try again later." I tried everyday since then and the same message pops up.I have sent two emails to them and they have not responded.

I paid 191.88 for a one year membership . I would like a refund for the ten months left in the membership.

Matters has been resolved.

I would have given it ZERO stars, but that option is not available. This is a scam! do not give them your money. The service does not work half the time or more, there is no customer service, if you are lucky to get a response, they will thank you for your patience and will not get back to you with a solution. If they find a solution one time, next time when you make plans to see a movie and it does not work again, they will thank you for your patience again, and may respond with some BS after you ***'t go anymore. #scam!

Sinemia app does not work and when I raise concerns with the customer support, I did not get any response. This issue has been since past 1 month.
I took Sinemia membership, with which I can watch 3 movies per month in any theater. Sinemia provides an app through which users can do advance booking. Since past 1 month I am facing trouble with this app. I am not able to do advance booking. I reached out to Sinemia help-desk, even after that I did not received any reply. I am constantly chasing Sinemia to resolve this issue or cancel my subscription and provide me refund. They do not reply and also they do not hand any customer support number. I do have all the screenshot, messages and email which I dropped to Sinemia. Please help me here, I am conned by this service.

I paid a year upfront for 3 movies/month. after 3 months, app does not let me get movies. No explanation. No help from customer service.
On 12/8/18 I paid a year upfront for a service that allows me to see 3 movies/month at any movie theater. It was not clear when I purchased the membership that service fees are required (about $3.80/movie); however for the purchase of $15, you can get a card that allows you to avoid service fees by getting tickets in person at the theater. Obstacles with the service started presenting themselves in March including pop-up ads that make the phone app difficult to use/navigate and requiring the submittal of my drivers license photo and picture ID of myself holding drivers license before purchase of movie. Because it takes so long to provide this, I missed the start of the movie, and the app won't let you buy movies that already started. On 4/17/19, the phone app stopped working for me entirely and there is no update and no other way to purchase movies. The app does not allow me to select movies, displays error messages, and basically prevents me from using the service I paid for. I received no explanation as to why the service stopped working. There is no customer service phone number I can call, only a web page in which you submit your question/issue. I submitted my issues and received no response. I have paid over $110 for a service that does not work.

I want to be reiumbursed for the service from when it stopped working and be reiumbursed for the movies I had to pay out of pocket because the app wasn't working.

Mobile Application does not allow to reserve ticket even if I have valid subscription
I have taken the annual subscription which allows to see 3 movies in a month but I have not been able to reserve any ticket for more than a month. Their Mobile app just keep on spinning without taking me to the reserve ticket page. Contacted the Customer support but no one ever responds . Even sent tweets to twitter support handle but no response to that as well.
