I am not sure how this business gets a A+ ratingMy experience with the Fraud Department was horribleThe fraud department, after I submitted the evidence that my ex-wife had access to my personal account and withdrew $from the account without my knowledge or authorization, came back with a response that I gave my ex-wife the authorization because she knew my user idTheir fraud department covers up fraudAfter I asked about the case investigator's last name, the lady who I was talking to said that the investigator's last name would not be revealed for security reasonsHow laughable! I am closing all my accounts with this bankThis is a bank not to be trusted at all

At this time, I have been contacted
directly by Sundial Brands LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:This is the only response I received from Sundial Brands LLC:
Confirming our phone conversation yesterday, I have followed up with our Quality Assurance team regarding your experience with both the Raw Shea Butter and Coconut & Papaya body washesThey have conducted their investigation and due diligence and have not found the results you experiencedThe dye removal you have attributed to our products on your towels is the 1st such complaint we have received on these products and they have been on the market since 2011.Although not discussed yesterday I would like to inform you we typically hear about 'lime soap' or soap sm which is normally seen in tubsIf you live in areas with hard water natural cleansers may react and create this film around the tubOur R&D team has suggested washing towels in hot water with Borax to lift any residueSince the above is not the issue you have experienced and your complaint is the 1st of this type Sundial is not prepared to make any changes to our label based on this issueRegards,

Best regards,

I went to Bank of America today to deposit my money order, but the Teller her name is Cierra she is in Bank of America ***, she act like she does not approve me to deposit the money order which my name is already there, she act like she want me to eat meI want to tell you that NEVER DO BUSINESS with BANG OF AMERICA they dont know what they doing it seem like I have to cost the seen but yet they don look cleary or anything before you reject meAnd finally I got my money depositBecause they did not know what they are doing, even the manager came out and said they are not approve me to deposit the money, and finally they see my name and let me deposit the money

Bank of america customer service is definitely no better than other peer servicesI was on a call with an issue that an interest charge appliedI was transferred over and over again from 1st department to the 4th department and was told I would need to speak to someone from 1st departmentVery frustrating experienceI was on call with them for over hour and until I requested a manager then the issue was getting resolved
Nowadays, the service rep are not trained well and not respectful

A Bank of America ATM took my debit card. I called the ATM number and they were unable to resolve the issue. It was a weekend so my options were very limited. The ATM customer rep offered no solutions. I called a Bank of America Customer Service number. A service rep in [redacted] answered. She was mostly unresponsive. Once she asked me questions, she told me she was unable to assist me further. She then refused to continue talking to me in order to get the problem sorted out. This Bank obviously doesn't care about resolving the problems they created for their customers.

I went to BOA on 5636 Gunn Hwy Tampa, FL after leaving Chase Bank. I been with Chase for 5 years and was upset the type of service I got from them. So I expected the same with BOA. But I was wrong. BOA has provide me with the best experience I had in a long time. I got there told them I am opening a business account and wanted to know how they can help me with that. The Rep (Richard Maldonado) walk me to his office and started to explain to me what BOA can do. He also set a meeting to speak with a merchant specialist (Kim Nguyen). When I spoke to Kim spoke explain to me on how she can help me with my business and introduce me to Karen the bank manager. When I say everyone made me feel welcome and truly felt like there was there to help me with my business venture. The next day I went there was a bank teller name Robert and greeted me at the door by first name. I never meet Robert before but was good to feel like my business matter to everyone there. This is the true meaning of customer service. My only wish is that my business can provide the same customer service that I have gotten for this location. Thanks again to everyone there! I also feel that BOA should acknowledge them for providing me with the best service I can get when opening a business account.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! I AM CLOSING ALL ** ACCOUNTS WITH THEM. THEY REVERSED A CHECK THAT CAUSED BE TO BE 963 DOLLARS IN THE NEGATIVE. I DIDNT STOP ** DIRECT DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THEM I WASNT WALKING AWAY WITH ** ACCOUNT IN THE NEGATIVE. SO NOW I HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY ** BILLS UNTIL THE CHECK THAT GOT REVERSED GETS BACK TO ** IN THE MAIL. I SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY ALL TOLD ** THE LATEST IT WILL BE HERE IS WEDNESDAY OF THIS WEEK. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH ALL ** BILLS TO BE PAID ON WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY THE LATEST. HERE WE ARE ON FRIDAY AND I HAVE NO ELECTRIC, NO WATER, NO GAS, AND ** RENT IS UNPAID. I KEEP CALLING TO GET ANSWERS AND SPECIFICS AND THEY KEEP GIVING ** THE RUN AROUND. AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THE CHECK WILL GET HERE NEXT WEEK. THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE BANK OF AMERICA. AND WILL BE SHUTTING DOWN ** CHECKING AND HSA.

When I moved to Texas 11 years ago ** husband and I opened an account at Bank of America (BOA) and remained a customer until February 2014. Having worked for banks for 14 years I understand the competitiveness and know the biggest difference is customer service. I brought all our business to them, 2 checking accounts, ** retirement account, and a savings account and because of lack of customer service they lost it. Fraud occurred on ** husband’s card 3 times in one year and 4 times in two years. I had fraud on ** card only one time; however when they issued ** a new card they issued it for the wrong account and I drained ** daughter’s account and faced the embarrassment of being told in a store ** card was no good.

The last time fraud was committed on ** husband's card they informed him it would take 60 days before they would place the money back in his account. That was his last straw. We have had bank accounts for 40 years and we have had no problems with fraud with any other bank we have delt with.

A year ago loss ** job and I closed out ** checking and credit card with BOA because unemployment ran out and I had no income and wanted to protect ** credit. I did not want to be tempted to spend more than I had.

I stopped ** only known audit debit and received a letter from that company that ** audit debit was stopped. ** next statement showed a zero balance and then I received a letter from BOA that ** account was closed. From time to time I would receive mail but I assumed it was advertisement and threw it away. A month ago I discovered I had a balance and when I call up am told they allowed an auto debit through two months after I closed ** account. Now I not only had to pay for the auto debit but fees on top. We are talking about a debt less than $50 with fees. Now it is principle that the anger has not subsided. I paid the suto debit, but asked that the fees be reversed. They tell ** I had 60 days to protest the charge and failed therefore I have to pay the fees. I didn’t even know there was a balance to protest. They have been rude and have told ** pay the bill that they have every right to charge **. So, in anger I will pay the bill but I want to make sure everyone knows that BOA is not a customer oriented bank. There are too many choices, choose another bank to do business.

Bank of America promised me 4 months ago that they unlinked my old closed savings account so I could link my new one for overdraft protection. This never happened, causing multiple overdrafts that there was plenty of money to cover. Customer service does not care what problem you have they will say whatever they want to get you off the phone and to steal your money. A so called "manager", who forgot that they were pretending to be a manager, said while laughing that this was my problem and they would not reverse any fees including the overdraft fee for getting an overdraft fee. [redacted], the self proclaimed manager, refused to give me any information of who her boss is or how I could reach them and wouldn't even provided her employee number. If you have the unfortunate need to call customer service don't waste your time and call the branch instead. The assistant manager at the branch I called apologized for the horrific customer service I had received and refunded every fee that I was charged due to the Bank of America screw up. I will be closing every account I have with them and so will everyone in my family and I will do everything in my power to ensure everyone that I know who has BOA never does business with them again.

B of A is horrible. ** acct initially was free.when I had no funds available no charges went thru. Gradually this has changed. I started seeing a monthly maintenance fee. Then they actually charged ** $35 for not having any money. Then they began paying transactions when I had no available funds. So for the last 4 months when I get paid half ** check is immediately gone to over draft charges and insufficient fund charges. Over $1000. Each time leaving ** short on ** bills, rent, truck payment, insurance, and food for ** family. So it keeps the cycle going. It is not sustainable I am a single parent and I can not cover ** monthly needs. I asked B of A not to pay out what I did not have in the account. I closed one account and now 2 weeks later it is still open incurring charges. I am now behind on ** rent and have to move. I get paid tomorrow and will lose $305.00 because B of A extended a courteous of paying out funds, I asked them NOT to pay

Bank of America is always friendly and helpful when it comes to any of my accounts would recommend them to anyone.

The service for small business has been deteriorating for the last year. Wait times are getting longer and the branch makes no effort to even excuse it. There is no internal way to complain or comment through Bank of America. One can only go on external sites such as this one.

I hate Bank of America. I was told that Bank of America was the BEST bank to bank with, every since I have started to Bank with this bank it has been [redacted]. I have tried to close my account and was told that the problems would be fixed several times and than the bank later makes it worse. I only receive child support and some how they always put me in debt. I hate this bank with a passion and I will be stopping my auto payments from my child support.

I opened a new business account with BoA and after about a month applied for a Business credit card for $1,500, was approved for $3,500. They told ** about their Merchant services and put ** in contact with William Sebastian. I arranged a meeting and he sold ** on leasing one of their scanners so I could take debit and credit card payments.

We went through the forms, provided him with everything he needed. He said he was supposed to go see ** warehouse in person to verify that I was a legitimate business but that he would sign off on it as it he had visited because he wanted to save himself the trip. Said he does it all the time so it’s a non-issue. This was the first flag.

After all was said and done he said I was set and to expect the machine in the mail by the July 4th weekend. He said, and I quote, “If you don’t have it by the 4th, I’ll come meet you in person and bring you one”. The machine didn’t arrive. I knew it was close to the holiday weekend so I figured it would arrive the following week. Since he assured ** all was set and it was just a matter of teaching ** how to use the device once I got it I went ahead and told clients I could take credit card payments.

After two weeks and nothing in the mail I started calling him and nothing. No callback or e-mails. I’m a contractor and took on clients who could only pay with credit card because he said I was set. I waived the 50% deposit for materials because the machine hadn’t arrived yet so I paid for the materials to get the projects started out of pocket.

Now it’s been three weeks and I can’t get him to take a call or respond to e-mails. I have projects that are about to be complemented and I still don’t have the credit card machine promised. Tried calling their customer service merchant services number and they said all they can do is try to reach him for ** because they can’t even access his notes.

Did you know BoA has deactivated their complaints phone number? They just give you an address to mail them to. Doesn’t that alone tell you a lot about their customer service as a whole?

Recently I went to refinance a loan, everything was great until I looked at the closing cost details, which included various fee's that sounded strange to me, but one in particular I simply could not understand, Flood Insurance. 2 Fees, one for $10 another for maintaining the insurance? for $7?. Chump change right? Well the principal of the matter is, I cannot stand little nickel and dime charges for things like this, especially after doing research and finding that the government states, they do NOT have to charge me for this since I'm not in a flood zone. FEMA Flood zone maps clear showed as much, my insurance company agrees and yet, they insist on charging this ridiculous fee. in fact it would take the nearest river surging over 130 feet to get anywhere near my house.

Sadly I had to cancel the entire refinance process, which would've saved me thousands and made them 10's of thousands, all over $17 and an unwillingness to make an exception or change the way they do things.

Sorry guys, but people still hate banks, you need to open your eyes a bit and try a little better to not be greedy. I don't understand why in the world you need to charge origination fee's either, you'll make way more than that on the life of this loan and you want to keep screwing people with $1000? + all kinds of fees? Why don't you pick up the tab and make a lot customers happy instead of confused and angry? Oh and saying that, "everyone does it in the industry" doesn't make it right. Whatever happened to business ethics in this country?

This incident happened on May 18, 2016. I went to Bank of America located at Dessert Inn Rd corner Maryland Pkwy in Las Vegas Nevada. My father-in-law who is not fluent in English wanted to add an authorized card holder for my brother-in-law. We went to the bank because we wanted to be assisted with this matter. But instead, the banker who approached and asked us what we needed did not help us. His name is Franki Cantor. I told him I needed help regarding this matter since my father-in-law is not fluent in english and he could not call for himself. Mr Franki Cantor told me that I should just call Bank of America. He did not help us. This is very disappointing.

I had a ach hold on ** account on monday 03/14/16 for $33. I logged in online saw positive balance and saw account was in good standing so didnt need to deposit any money. I woke up Tuesday 03/15/16 and now I have an overdraft fee. I called customer service and all they can say is well its your fault you should keep better track of your expenses. First of all why would you put a hold on ** account for money that was there then charge ** a fee the next morning claiming money wasnt there. Makes no sense since you guys had a hold on ** money. How can the money not be there when you guys are holding it? I will be closing both ** checking and savings account and recommending ** parents do the same. I might not have allot of money there but ** parents have had a 30+ year relationship with them. Shame on you bank of america.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I had a claim dispute that is clear as day and Bank Of America didn't do anything to protect ** money. I was overcharged, no estimate provided, receipt didn't even add up. Clearly fraud and ripped off by a lock company. The retailer used a deposit for ordering the part before the job was complete with ** signature as ** invoice confirmation that job was complete. Bank of America is clueless to understand any of this. Didn't keep ** updated on the claim status. Told ** that service was render so they couldn't do anything. BANK OF AMERICA you obviously didn't read the shotty reciept!!!! No address, math didn't add up, different date than the service. I absolutely don't have any confidence in this bank protecting ** funds.

I highly recommend NOT banking with this bank! They have a unique way of assessing overdraft fees. I have ** checking account set up to transfer money to ** savings account every month on the 15th. If your checking account is low in funds, they still do the transfer and charge you an overdraft protection fee. They did a transfer before the 15th claiming that it was because of a holiday & it was the weekend. Basically, they are just taking your money!!!
