They did not ever reevaluate the case and I even supplied them with a police report They called me from the office of the president and said they would look into it and the next day they called and told me that they had re reviewed the case and were upholding the original decision even with the police report They also closed my this account and my other account with the bank because I filed complaints with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and the Revdex.com They retaliate against the customers that file complaints with Government agencies as well

I believe that this was card sent to the Dallas Apartment address and NO ONE is authorized to use this card in my name I have told Barclay's in both verbal and written communication that I did not request the credit card and I am NOT responsible for ANY charges I strongly suggested that they cancel the card immediately. Representatives for Barclay cards claim to keep attempting to make contact with me to resolve this issue, yet when I call or email, I cannot get through to anyoneI am led to believe they are simply trying to avoid taking action until the complaint "expires."
