Revdex.com:I have called Mr *** but I don't get home until after his hours of close I am also hard of hearing in which I have expressed in my letter in which he chooses to ignore His Fraud dept staff calls and speaks to my wife in a nasty manner and accusing manner questioning that we are the thieves instead of the victims Which is unacceptable in a manor to be spoken to and very discriminatory In the worse way which has happened several times from *** in their fraud dept who hold evident a attitude with us so no matter what the situation is we are guilt before proven innocence Now in the way of Mr *** whom took a week to call back the first time he only responded and it was with the same generic letter you see he responded with you is because I reached for help to you and the cfba This generic letter is all he has been sending I send detailed letters and he refuses to put anything in writing , and it disturbs me I received never did demanded it no fraud affadavit letter, sent in police reports, identity theft reports letters an investigation according to cfba and visa takes to day s their was charges in question two of them no credit card was even swiped it was online and in a different state according to customer service and I am being held responsible because Barclay said I responsible not one receipt was pulled, no documents nothingout of charges nothing This is why I am disputing I have sent registered letter from Y to London offices and to every credit bureau They have the worse vengeful fraud dept I would like you tot listen to the phone conversations on how they accused and yell at us Second I lost the card and the police report states it *** in fraud was told this I am again attaching the police report and other attachments Barclay before they rebill you after crediting you for disputed items has to legally notify you well the first time I was credited and rebilled all the same day within hours that must of been a hell of a long investigation Then when their was a conversation with mr *** he tried to defend his dept that they did send the letter out the same day well my letter was dater days later 4-Mr *** was silent and said I will speak to my fraud DEPT BROKE RULE NUMBER Then they credited me again for a whole five days another long investigations and rebilled me for all charges each charge should be separately investigated and I have attached ruled from the FTC that paper trail has to follow a denial to refund customer after a fraud investigation in which I have gotten neither So please help me in having justice prevailed and my account credited 13,, *** *** copy sent to CFPB
