For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI tried to contact barclays directly multiple times within that "day credit card agreement"I called them right after I got the bill in the mail even spoke with their fraud department trying to start that process because I did not know where these charges could of came fromThey insisted one of two things had went wrong; upon signing up for the credit card I DID NOT check a box that said I didn't want the whole cabins charges billed to my account OR upon signing up for the cruise I stated I wanted to be the responsible partywhich I have documents stating I am not, Barclays have seen these documents multiple timesknowing Barclay's first option was incorrect, I asked for a copy of my credit card agreement and application to show where I approved the whole cabins charges to be billed on my card, those documents were never sent it to meafter I realized they knew these charges were inaccurate and were just doing nothing to resolve it, I started calling Barclays and requesting to speak to supervisors instead, who once again refused to remove the chargesthey said I authorized this which I did not and every document backs my story upI told them multiple times within the countless times contacting them that I would go to this length or even get a lawyer if they did not fix this and they still refusedthey are not going to act like I didn't do anything to resolve this because I most certainly did through both companiesthe merchant, carnival, and barclays the credit reporting companyI even went as far as contacting the swarm of collection agencies, sending the documentations to them as wellI have phone records proving I called multiple times within the day billing cycleI did everything I possibly could over and over again to get any company to remove this, sending the documents to all of them and for some reason this is still on my credit report because nobody wants to deal with fixing itI gave them every opportunity and reason to remove these charges and they still refuseRegards,

Twice in the past days a transaction was stopped that I was making in person at a cash register (ID in hand)until customer service was contacted and verified my identity When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there were none available and I would get a call back in to hours - still waiting A credit card is not much good if you can't use it when you want to They say they are just protecting me from fraud when in reality they are protecting themselves

Someone apparently used me as an authorized user for one of their credit cardsThe problem is, I have no knowledge of the person, never gave anyone permission to do this, nor have I ever heard of Barclays Bank Delaware
I noticed this when all of a sudden my credit score dropped almost ptsWhen I called your company to tell them that this was fraud, the lady I spoke to (***) said "No it is not." Unfortunately, I was given very very poor customer service by *** and the supervisor who did not even have the decency to speak to meWhen I asked to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor relayed the message that "she would not speak to me." I asked for her nameI was told by *** that the supervisor said she would not give her name and she was instructed to disconnect the call now
I would like to understand how it is ok to fraudulently place someone as an authorized user without their consent? My credit it now suffering because of thisWhen I asked if this could please be removed, I was told no because apparently I was now removed as an authorized userHowever, I informed her that it still appears on my credit report and should have never been there in the first placeShe said it doesn't hurt my score and she couldn't help me
She was rude and spoke over me many times when I was trying to explain to her that it has taken a negative impact on my credit
I just want this removed and the credit bureaus said I would have to contact your company to do so
In addition to this nightmare, and the terrible customer service I received; I would like to report this as fraud and this should definitely be looked at as a training opportunity of how to deal with customers
