Finally, 06/28/2018, after hours on hold, I received a tech who opened case : ***

I never received a response, they continued to debit my account and no repairs were made I cancelled service 4/7/and told them to immediately remove their equipment they told me it would take days This is all unacceptable I was told by several of their employees that they had to many people on their towers and would not be fixing them as it would cut into their profits I was also told that they had lied to me since Septof and there were no upgrades being done on their towers to accommodate their customers They are falsely advertising and not delivering service They are thieves and liars

I found that after looking at my monthly statement that there was an increase in charge I called to question the higher charge than what is the internet service charge They said, "you get a service that troubleshoots any internet issues you may be having" I asked if they were authorized to do so by my wife or myself either verbally or in writing and they said no I asked them to remove the charge They said they would but the charge wouldn't reflect the immediate change until a day or so after In the mean time I had an expense that I needed to reflect the monthly charge so I could provide my employer charges for my expense report that was due that day I may have to eat this charge with my company In light of the wells fargo scandal I can't believe Rise Broadband would conduct these kind of business practices which are deceitful in nature
