Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his request for two FedEx return shipping labels Our system shows Mr [redacted] was sent two labels on 2/25/to return the Gear VR and Gear SFrontier devices Mr [redacted] did not contact E-Commerce again until April/May and the Samsung.com order is now over days old The E-Commerce system will not allow a return shipping label to be generated for an order over days An E-Commerce agent informed Mr [redacted] that at this time, E-Commerce will not be able to provide him with the FedEx return shipping labels for the products We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you
Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint in regards to a replacement for his Samsung.com order E-Commerce has advised that Mr*** did not use the FedEx return shipping label he was provided on 8/29/and the shipping label has since expired However, E-Commerce has also advised that the Fulfillment Center may not accept the return even if another return label is provided, due to the time frame of the return; the device is almost two months old An E-Commerce agent will be contacting Mr*** again regarding the return Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My washing machine is less than three years oldSamsung is only going to offer me $to purchase a new non-Samsung washer, or $to purchase another Samsung washer A new comparable Samsung washing machine will cost me $plus delivery I was also told by the representative from Samsung's Office of the President who called me regarding this complaint that most companies offer free delivery and I explained that I live in an area that is outside the delivery area of retailersThe repair option is not an option for me as my son and I suffer from asthma and allergies and I must wash all my bedding thoroughly weekly in hot water to eliminate any dust mites and pollens, which is not an option with the repair as the new bedding cycle will be the delicate cycle and use of hot water is not possible on that cycleThis isn't only an inconvience and financial burden for my family, but also a health issue! I was sold this product as advertised with features claiming to wash heavy duty and bulky loads with vibration reduction technology in a large capacity drumThe action and service of Samsung in this matter is not acceptable to the consumer A reasonable repair should insure that the machine functions as originally advertised, if this is not possible than a full refund should be given Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they completed the repair and the machine now leaks water on the inside several times throughout the day and night and I am not satisfied with how Samsung has handled the recall Also, I was informed by the technician that I will be receiving stickers to put on my $1000+ washing machine because the fix caused some of the settings to change This is unacceptable I would like a new machine that matches the dryer and has no defects Regards, [redacted] ***
