Upon further review of Mr. [redacted] complaint, our system shows the agent who handled the complaint spoke with him again today 10/06/17 to further discuss the claim. Mr. [redacted] informed the agent that he does not want the service at all and he will only accept a refund for his dishwasher. The agent informed Mr. [redacted] that Samsung will not be able to provide a refund accommodation unless the unit has been deemed defective by our Tech Support. The agent informed Mr. [redacted] that if other options should become available to offer a refund, they will contact him and present those options at that time. Regrettably other than service offered for the unit, no accommodations can be made for this claim. Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to multiple shipping damage to his cooktop Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Mr [redacted] on 6/13/and apologized that he has had his cooktop damaged several times during shipping The agent explained to Mr [redacted] that Samsung’s warranty does not cover damages caused during shipping a product Mr [redacted] told the agent that it was poor packaging that is causing the damage, expressed that it was not right and that something should be done to prevent this from happening in the future The agent advised Mr [redacted] that if the outcome to accommodate for shipping damages changes, they would reach back out to him but unfortunately Samsung does not covered shipping damage at this time Regrettably, no accommodations can be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] ’ claim in regards to his Note refund Our system shows a refund check in the amount of $940.84; reference Txt# [redacted] was issued on 4/04/for the device However, our system also showed that Mr [redacted] called in on 6/01/inquiring about the refund An agent from the Refunds Deptconfirmed Mr [redacted] information and discovered that part of the address was missing in the system The agent immediately submitted a request to have the initial check voided (since it had not been cashed) and another request to have a new check in the amount of $940.84; reference Txt# [redacted] reissued for the device The new check is scheduled to be reissued on Tuesday, 6/06/and sent overnight to [redacted] , GA 30160, the corrected address on file We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you
