I am rejecting this response because: The response from the business is a cop out the product was design without care and proper quality assurance in order to offset all of samsungs current problems with massive losses from poor product oversight IE ( note 7's, washing machines and other consumer goods) they offered to pay for parts while the labor cost more than this tv is worth the company doing the repairs has said the labor can be between and over 2K a new tv costs less and would be better quality I requested Samsung send me the parts and I do my own repairs which they refused

I am rejecting this response because:it is extremely dishonest to sell $4,of equipment promising a rebate that is mailed as a *** card with an expiration date as short as thatNot even airlines are that shadyin addition, where does my rebate money go? back to Samsung? to a charity? how can Samsung justify stealing $from me when I have been trying to reach them for months while getting the run-around from them as Samsung's rebate department has no way to trace this rebate. in summary; I have reached out to Samsung multiple times with no successful responseThey refused to address the issue in a timely manner when I initially reached out to themand now that I complain with the Revdex.com they respond that I took too long to respond and give me the same number that cannot answer questions about the rebate. I will make sure to publish my experience on the best buy website where I bought the goods, on consumer review sites and make myself available to respond to any and every question that people may have about Samsung's less than honest (while not illegal) activity shame on Samsung for using semantics to steal $300.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your offer but indeed it has sustained physical damage , it was DROPPED from a bed to a carpeted floor..the inner display is cracked , this should not happen on a advertised rugged phone with shock and water resistanceI allege that the product is defective from factory as advertised, it is not able to meet a fraction of its purported features, and is very common to have the inner screen crack under even the smallest of drops or shock

In addition to this response, my issue has been completely resolved as of this date (01/03/2017). I received a credit in full for the purchase of my Samsung product. It took a considerable amount of time to receive the credit but it finally arrived at my *** store. The credit was used to purchase another television from another manufacturer other than Samsung. I have had the new product for a couple of weeks now and have had no issues. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. Best of luck to Samsung. You may close out my complaint as it has now been resolved. Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** claim in regards to her microwave. Our system shows a refund request in the amount of $114.48; reference Txt# *** was submitted for the unit. Once approved, Mrs*** will receive an email with the refund acceptance document

I am rejecting this response because: This complaint arises from a problem where we found ice and water in and under the vegetable/crisper drawers of our french door style Samsung refrigeratorThe service man without even looking, because he had experienced this several times before, stated we would need a new drain kitThe refrigerator was delivered 04/09/the "diagnosis" 04/17/Upon doing some internet searching I found very easily that numerous others have experienced this same problem. I have two issues with Samsung regarding thisFirst Water accumulating within the refrigerator easily unobserved because it is under the drawers and that within the drawers can be under items stored withinWith many electrical components in todays refrigerators this present a potential electrical hazardSecond if this happens when people could be away for an extended period of time this water could start leaking out causing significant damage to floors and nearby cabinets and furnitureI have been told that Samsung recognizes this problem in what they call geographic areas of high humidityI believe they should have acknowledged this design defect and notified purchasers who have registered their purchase and fixed this before it became a problemIt seems to me a drain connected to the condenser should be one of those "connecting tubes" covered under the five yr warrantyBecause I feel this is a design defect I would like to see Samsung stand behind their product and reimburse me for the service call, diagnosis, the part and repair plus tax
