I am rejecting this response because: The new phone that I received is not functioning proper. The over heating as bad as the first phone. However,  the phone sends crazy notifications 24-7, and never stops twerking. I am rejecting this response because:
After you had contacted the business yesterday. They reached out to me and advised they would be overnighting my replacement device. I received a refurbished replacement phone today with nothing I had sent back with my original device. I had sent back to them my original device in its original box with all of its accessories (charger, ear piece , USB cable and transfer adapter). This replacement was supposed to be a brand new phone as this was what was communicated to me.  I do not accept this refurbished phone. I called Samsung and again they were not willing to provide any assistance. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. At this point I would like to send back this refurbished device to Samsung and I would like my money back for the phone they have taken from me or they need to send me a brand new phone.

Upon further review of Mr. [redacted] claim, our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with the service center on his behalf for more clarification on both units.  The ASC technician stated that the refrigerator needs a compressor and the washing machine is working up to specifications.  Mr. [redacted] has been advised that if the technician is recommending parts for the fridge, Samsung would have to proceed with a repair as the warranty on the unit is service based. In regards to the washer, the ASC stated the technician ran all test on the unit and there were no defect found.  This was determined on 2 separate occasions; first with [redacted] and the second with [redacted]. The technician also contacted Samsung TS (Trouble Shoot) and was advised of the same information on the unit.  The agent advised Mr. [redacted] no accommodations can be made at this time since the issues with the units cannot be duplicated by Samsung.  We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case.  Thank you

I cannot be without my phone. I have told Samsung this and even said the same in my Revdex.com complaint. My cell phone is the only phone I have access to not to mention I pay for it monthly.
It is unacceptable to expect me to be without a phone when the phone is defective.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have the insurance from my service provider. I cannot afford to send you all 4 phones at once as we need them for communication. My daughters will be going off to college and it is very important that these issues are resolved prior to that. You should contact my service ( Verizon) provider and have them to send me 3 replacement phones at your cost. Almost every electronic in my home is Samsung, that's why I decided to go with the S5's instead of Apple. I can say that I'm regretting it as of now.

I am rejecting this response because: The response I received asked for information previously included in the initial complaint.Refrigerator Model #[redacted] serial #[redacted] Samsung please read the initial complaint which included the details you are asking for!  There are numerous complaints online about the poorly designed spring that breaks within the mullion assembly, typically within 3 years of purchase.  The spring is no longer sold separately requiring the customer to purchase the entire mullion, ensuring Samsung receives added service revenue from each unit sold. Fortunately there are several unhappy customers of the same unit that have posted on-line how to fix this flaw without having to pay Samsung for an added service call in addition to the $85 cost of the mullion assembly. Dear Mr. [redacted] we apologize for your inconvenience however we are unable to locate any previous records with the information that you provided. Please provide model and serial number from your unit and the issue that you are experiencing so that we may better assist.   We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case.
