Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her washer. Our system shows a refund check in the amount of $479.20; reference Txt# *** was issued on 8/08/for the unit. Please allow 7-business days after the check has been mailed to receive it.

Our records indicate the Note was repaired and delivered back to you on 6/21/via UPS Tracking # ***The battery replacement also shows to have been fulfilled and delivered on 6/2/via UPS tracking ***2. Unfortunately, if an accessory is on backorder once the items arrives all service orders will be processed in the order received which may cause some fulfillment delaysSamsung's obligation is to repair, we do not provide upgrade service. Should Samsung exhaust all repair options and determine replacement is required, as per warranty it likely to be that of a reconditioned device. Samsung will only replace, at its sole option, with the same model product received. Samsung received the Note for a second evaluation/repair on 6/7/and the repair was complete as of 6/15/Samsung cannot honor the request to replace/upgrade the productThank you

In the terms and conditions there is no mention that a specific model disqualifies the applicantAs I had purchased it as unlocked as stated in the requirement"During the Purchase Period, purchase a new Samsung Galaxy Sedge, Galaxy S7, Galaxy Sedge+, Galaxy Sedge, Galaxy S6, or Galaxy Noteon a device installment plan, 2-year contract plan, lease or outright purchase at full retail price"The IMEI, which I provided to PrizeLogic is also correct as I provided them numerous times the correct oneThe most recent one they sent asking me to verify them, they left out one number on both of the IMEI I submitted, which I emailed them in regards to itIf the model was a problem they should have mentioned it long ago, not drag it over half a year without mentioning itThey also have the receipt of it on fileAs the terms and conditions doesn't mention any about model, only that one has to purchase the specified phone on a installment plan, contract plan, lease, or outright purchase it falls into that categoryI have been patient through all this and have been pushed into the dark without any clear answerRegards, *** **

Samsung refuses to acknowledge a defect in their productThey refuse to give me a phone number other than customer service and customer service refuses to transfer me to talk to anyone outside of their departmentThey advertise a phone with "Gorilla Glass" that doesn't scratch but yet I set my phone down after having it all of weeks and the screen crackedThey refused to replace /repair the screen unless I paid $Additionally, it can take up to hours for the phone to fully charge but they wouldn't even check that because I wouldn't pay the $This is a Samsung Galaxy SEdge PlusI have had cellphones for years and years and NEVER had a problem but now I do and can't get anyone to step up and back their product by correcting these issuesThis is unfair to the consumer and should be against the law to be able to completely ignore when their products are not functioning properly while continuing to blame the customerThey refuse to send me a charger until I send them the one that came with the phone...leaving me without a chargerIt has taken me over hours of jumping through hoops with this charger, all the while me telling them I will not and cannot be without a charger and I can't nor should I have to go purchase a new chargerOnly to finally be told...AFTER JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS that I will have to send them my charger 1stSo, I have a phone I purchased on 9/8/with a screen that cracked EXACTLY weeks later because I placed it face down (as the phone is designed to do hence "the edge" design") and a charger that says fast charge that can take up to hours to charge that I also told them about at the time the screen cracked The customer service lady I spoke with (claimed to be manager) actually hung up on me because I continued to say I should not be held liable for a defective productI told her "DO NOT HANG UP ON ME"Instead of referring me to a different department or an individual that could possibly override telling me I had to pay $she hung upI have attempted going through their Facebook page, their website and TwitterI also contacted the manufacturer of the glass screen on the Samsung Galaxy SEdge Plus, Gorilla Glass, who refused to take any responsibility for this defect eitherIf a consumer has ABSOLUTELY no way of getting a resolution of a no cost repair and/or replacement to a defective piece of merchandise without having to pay out of their pocket for said repair/replacement of merchandise they are CURRENTLY paying for, has a contract to continue to pay for, has ALWAYS honored the previous cellphone contracts then it's clear to me that I, the consumer, have been stripped of all rights to ownership of a non-defective item manufactured and distributed by the Samsung Corporation that I am paying forThat would appear to me to be against the law!

I am rejecting this response because: As usual this business calls but doesn't leave a return number When I call it's like starting over and honestly I have done that over times I have just emailed the email listed in the response for the 3rd time I will wait till end of the business day for a response to see if I get something accomplished I only want to be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses This matter could have been handled in days instead of the months it has taken I feel so frustrated it effects my health.

Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ claim in regards to the Galaxy Note7. The agent handling his claim emailed Mr*** on 3/14/requesting pictures (front and back) of the device with the IMEI number clearly shown Once Samsung receives the photos and proof of activation

Samsung has reviewed the customer’s claims regarding their concerns with the KNOX systemAny troubleshooting is handled through KNOX support and their support number is *** option 1, & However, keep in mind the agent that the customer spoke to was correctYou cannot uninstall
KNOX and there are no other troubleshooting steps that can be offered. KNOX is a high level security system that makes our Samsung Smartphone and tabs secure. It allows our customers to encrypt their data and protects them. The only way to “get rid” of KNOX is by rooting the device and we apologize however that is not something our technicians would advise the customer to do or walk them through. We apologize for any inconvenience and delays the customer experienced with this case.
