STILL WAITING. It\'s this company\'s biggest problem. My wife ordered me a conceal flag for Christmas back in November, We have yet to receive product or even a tracking number which they promise EVERY week when she emails them. We will be canceling our order tomorrow due to the lack of care this company has. Everyday I see them advertising products and promising 6 to 8 week delivery! If you can\'t fill the orders you have, don\'t try to get more! If they keep this way up they won\'t be around long.

I'm so mad I order one of their products online and I told them I needed it at a surten time and they said they would ship it on Oct 10 so I can get it by the 26th so I was really happy I email then the 10th of Oct to remined them and they said they would mail it out today so I was like awesome perfect they sent me the shipping details and everything so the 11th comes and I look at the shipping number they gave me to see where my package is and it doesn't have a estamated delivery date so I called FedEx and they told me they didn't get the package yet so I email rough county again and told them what happend and they said they will send it today the 12th so the 13th comes and I look at the shipping still the same now it said pinnding so I called FedEx still no package emailed them again when their goo g to said my package and if they can't send it on time I want my money back the 14th no reply 15th no reply I emailed them AGAIN no reply 16th no reply now it's the 17th and nothing I will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN THEY ARE SO UNPERFISHINAL NOT AWSNERING TO EMAILS

Should've read these before ordering. Terrible, terrible customer service. My shelf never came, after 4 months of waiting I emailed to find out status. Was told it would ship next week, not apologized to or anything. Another month later followed up and still no answer. Then emailed to request a refund. No email back except a "refund is on the way" computer generated email.
I'm a nice reasonable person! All they had to do was apologize for the wait, explain why it took six months and id be happy. So disappointing

Ordered a concealed mirror unit in march 2016 and did not receive it until December 2016. It took lots of emails to figure out the order status and eventually get it delivered. When it arrived it was an absolute piece of [redacted]. Terrible workmanship, hack hack hack work. I was incredibly disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE [redacted]-HOMEOWNER HACK JOBS!!!

I wish I would have read all of these reviews before I made a purchase here! I ordered a concealment flag on December 7th 2015 and still have not received the product. I was promised 4-6 weeks to receive the product and it has been a few days short of 12 weeks now and still no product. That is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I want my money back NOW. My total was $120 and my order number is XXXXXXXXXX. I am going to escalate this issue if it is not resolved within the next week. I have reached out multiple times via e mail, there is no phone number on the website and no one seems to respond with correct info/timelines. I have have been in contact with some girl named [redacted] Dillard [redacted]. She has assured me twice now that my order would ship in 7-10 days. Last week she told me it was queued to ship this week and I still haven't seen a tracking e mail or number. I told them- I want to continue to support small businesses but you have to hold up your end of the business deal.

If you are reading this and you haven't yet purchased something from them- DON'T! Don't do it.

I'm not one to usually leave a negative review, but I'm just really disappointed with this company. I found them through FaceBook and I saw a lot of posts and good feedback. I'm all for shopping small business and especially veteran owned small business. I decided to purchase a concealment flag for my boyfriend for his birthday and that was some two months ago. The website says 6-8 weeks for shipment which is a bit long, but definitely understandable for a small company on a made to order piece. It's been 9 weeks now since my order was placed and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. I've tried to call and I've emailed just inquiring on my order and I haven't heard anything back yet. Not only am I upset that this gift is going to be incredibly late now, but also the fact that I really think this is a scam. At this point I just want my money back and be done with this company. I'm just worried that I put in my card information and was charged for something I'm never going to get and I'm never going to get my money back. Please please please don't buy anything from this company, it's not a trustworthy business and I don't want someone else like me ripped off.

I placed an order 9 June 2016. It was a Father's Day and retirement (21 years U.S. Army). I was aware of the production and shipping timeframe stated on their website. August 21, 2016. I inquired about the status of the order and was told they were experiencing a high volume of orders and didn't want to rush the craftsmanship of the pieces. Understandingly, I was excited that my concealment mirror would come in soon and my excitement grew since the waiting was almost over. I was also told that my order would be done and ready to be shipped mid September. Now let's fast forward to October 3rd. No merchandise or shipment notification. I emailed inquiring about the order on October 3rd. NO RESPONSE. I emailed again to inquire about my order on October 4th. NO RESPONSE. Not even the common courtesy to respond to a paying customer. If they have time to update merchandise on their wedbsite, then that means they are advertising new products and falsely advertising the production and shipping timeframes. At this point, I don't even want the merchandise nor will I support a business that treats consumers this way.

The website claims the products are made for Americans by Americans which is why I chose to select a product that would directly support small business' and being a retired military member, and am dedicated to hard work and integrity and hoped that this company would hold the same values in their business dealings. I want a full refund.

I recently received my order from rough country and am very impressed with the quality of their products and it exceeded my expectations for what I was expecting. I will 100% be purchasing more of there products to decorate my house. Thank you guys!

I ordered from this company on November 30 for a concealed gun hanging shelf flag per the request of my fiancé, whose birthday was January 24. Here we are, February 4, 2016 (over TWO full wweks later), and no word from this company or product. I have tried to call with no avail. I did send an email this morning. At this point, my fiancé would prefer to just cancel the order. I hope to hear back soon as we have both pretty much given up at this point and assume we should have done better research before ordering from this company and have learned our lesson. These are not cheap products and I would expect better service. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

I ordered 2 concealment shelves in Sept. for Christmas presents and have yet to receive them. I have been in contact with Ashley through e-mails and she refunded half of my price and told me I would get my shelves by the end of Jan. Now I am getting messages like, waiting on shipment of foam and will ship in 5-7 business days and still not even a tracking number. I sincerely hope to get these shelves soon and will hold my review on the merchandise until I receive them--hopefully soon.

While I did receive my concealment cabinet before Christmas (thank you!) and it is a beautiful piece I was slightly disappointed when I removed this from the box and the top piece completely separated from the rest of it! I was able to straighten the nails back out and push this piece back on. It would appear as though the craftsmanship is less than promised. We were planning on purchasing another one as a birthday gift until this happened. The order was delivered prior to Christmas as promised but I did not receive and still have not received the tracking number that was requested on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I cannot say I will be ordering from Rough Country Rustic Furniture again nor will I be recommending your company to anyone else.

I ordered a flag in the middle of Nov and have still yet to receive it. this business is extremely hard to contact and I had to reach out every time. I was told that it would take 6 weeks and currently we are at 8.5 weeks. I have asked for a tracking number and have not gotten one. I was told two weeks ago that it would be shipping out that week and I should expect delivery within 5 days. I have still yet to receive it. though they were very polite they cannot keep their word on when to expect delivery. I am still trying to locate my order.
