I ordered a We The People sign from them and it said two to four weeks and now we are going on two months every time I email them they either do not answer or they tell me they are sending it out at the end of the month. My sister also ordered a concealment flag as my Christmas gift way back in November and they have not notified her about hers at all this is extremely ridiculous. The worst part is they took the money for the product but are taking a long time to get the product out.

I don't even know where to start!
First in for most I truly wished I would of read the reviews before proceeding with my purchase! I purchased my item July 13, today is September 30th and still no item. I have been on them for the past 2 (the original date of arrival was Aug 20th) so I emailed them and emailed them and I informed them how the item I purchased was a anniversary gift for my husband which how now has passed! They kept saying next week next week 10 days we will ship next week.!!! How is this even a freakin business!! Did I mention the label for shipment has been created for almost 3 weeks now! I contacted them again stating I wanted my money back what a shock they have yet to respond and it's been days!!!

This company is awful. The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I order a concealment wall decoration, and was given a 6-8 week timeline. After 10 weeks, I emailed to ask the status of my order. A prompt reply only said "this will ship this week"... 4 weeks later, I asked them again what was going on. The only reply back was "your refund will be processed shortly". DO NO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I researched the internet to find a company that sells concealment furniture. I found Rough Country Furniture. I shopped their website and was VERY pleased to find out not only that their products were home made right here in the USA, but also how beautiful the pieces were! I was sold! Even though it CLEARLY STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE HOW LONG THESE PIECES TAKE TO DELIVER, I ordered an American Flag and a Concealment shelf. They arrived in the time period that I was given and was well worth the wait. I was very satisfied with the quality and look of these pieces. Although when I pulled the shelf out of the box, I noticed that it wasn't the same design as the one I ordered. I immediately emailed them and explained the situation and within 24hrs, received a response. They were VERY apologetic about the error and asked me if I wanted to re-order or get a full refund. I opted to re-order especially after seeing the quality of the product. I have to say, I wish all customer service experiences went as well as this one!! I will certainly order from them again! After taking forever to get my concealed blue line flag we got it hung in our home only to realize that cheap foam is used for where the weapon is supposed to be hidden behind the stars. If you just place a weapon in there it falls out when opened. Not what was advertised. Laying flat sure you can put it in there no problem, but on the wall it doesn't work. Now our option is to cut into the cheap foam so it can sit into it an not fall out of opened(dangerous) which is ridiculous for me to have to do. And if I switch what weapon is in there I have to buy a new piece of foam an cut it as well. For what was paid this should not be a problem. Highly disappointed with this. It was bought for this purpose and it fails miserably.

Really wish I would have read these reviews prior to doing business with this company. Seems like there is an obvious trend of poor communication, lies and poor business practices. Will not respond to emails on order status. I ordered a bedroom set and made plans with family & friends coming from out of state based on their timelines. They can't even give you a legitimate estimate of completion after almost 5 months, thats ridiculous. At least with a credit card order, you can ask your bank for help to get the money back where it belongs. Crazy that they charge you the full amount upfront and then basically hold your stuff hostage. Next time I'll cut my own trees down, mill my wood and build it myself. Would have been faster.

Awful experience. I have placed two orders, both are WAY past their estimated delivery dates. At first the company would respond saying the items would be shipping the next week. After two of these false claims, they don't even respond anymore. I had a friend who experienced the same thing.

I recently ordered and received 2 custom Thin Red Line Concealment Flags from this business. And I must say not only did they look phenomenal but the customer service I received was wonderful!! [redacted] and I corresponded for a couple months about the customizations I wanted done on these two wall pieces for my boyfriend and his brother who are firefighters for Houston. She was always extremely helpful and made sure they got to me promptly before Christmas. I love the work Rough Country Rustic Furniture produces and will definitely order from them in the future!

I will never order from them again or refer them to anyone. I ordered 3 items - a lamp, concealment flag, and coffee table on May 19, 2016. The flag turned out good. The lamp looked cheap, like something made in a middle school shop class; and the front piece that comes off was cut too short so you can see a space where it connects to the magnet. Below are the dates I received (or didn't receive) my items.

Flag: 7/29 - 10 weeks - supposed to take 7-9 weeks according to their website
Lamp: 8/30 - almost 15 weeks - supposed to take 10-12 weeks
Coffee Table: still haven't received and it's been 22 weeks - supposed to take 10-12

It's like pulling tooth and nail trying to get any information from the customer service email, but they wouldn't send me a phone number when I asked for one. They'd send responses like "I'll check when that will ship" and then never respond back to that. They told me multiple times that things were shipping soon and then it would be a long time before I'd hear anything again, while I was still waiting on my orders. It doesn't bother me so much if things are a few weeks late as long as the company is honest with me. But instead, the one time I was able to get more than a one-line sentence from them, the CS rep blamed bad communication on the shop-people's part. When I was about to cancel my table about a month ago, they refunded my shipping and gave me a date it would be completed "for sure." So when that date rolled around, I had emailed everyday and got very limited replies when I even got responses at all. It wasn't until I told them to cancel the table altogether that they told me they would cancel it, but it was scheduled for today. I don't believe it and I'm getting a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I have placed an order june 9th with this company. Clearly I understood the 80 some odd business days for production since it is made to order. I first emailed to get a rouggh estimate of the delivery and production. I was told I would get confirmation. Those 80 some odd days came and passed. I contacted in August and was told on the 15th that the itwm would ship between 7-10 business days. Well then came October... still no product in sight. I contacted [redacted] again and was told it would be shipping "this week" well once again.... over a week has come and gone amd still no shipment confirmation. I contacted and complained and the only response I got was "your order will ship tomorrow" well folks... its 6 days later and no item... no confirmation. I am so fed up with this company and honestly do nt suggest this company to anyone... dont ever expect it on time especially if its for a gift for someone. I will complain once more. And this will be harsh... because I have been way to patient with this company.

I was told thw hidden compartment was worth the wait thats why I havent asked for my money back. They charged my card back in June. If I wasnt charged already and excited I would not be making a big deal. Beautiful products or not.. the service is ABSOLUTELY terrible.

I Had Placed An Order Back In Mid June, Was Estimated To Arrive Mid September, Oct, I Emailed Then And Asked For An Updated And Changed Shipping Address All They Did Was Change Address Would Not Give Me Update On Shipment, Come December I Emailed Them Once Again They Finally Replied Said Had A "Small" Set Back And Would Ship Out LATE JAN, And Only Offered A Free Concealment Flag Instead Of A % Of Payment Back For Being Over 4 Months Before, Finally Gave Up And Asked For Full Refund TERRIBLE PLACE! Do Not Recommend To ANYONE!

In December, I purchased a going away gift for some friends from Rough Country Rustic Furniture. Their stuff is amazing and the gift is perfect for our friends. Quote time on this specific item was 6 weeks. I figured 8-10 due to it being around Christmas. In February I emailed the company and was told it would be shipped the following week. 3 weeks later I emailed and they said, "I will personally ensure it gets shipped this week". 2 weeks later they say, "next week" and now here we are almost 16 weeks later and I still get the same apology and "next week" speech.
My advice: If you order from this company order at LEAST 6-12 months in advance.

I ordered the 1911 Handgun Framed Patent Art concealed wall insert on 09/01/16, with a lead time of 7 to 9 weeks or 32-52 business days. On 11/19/16, I sent the company an email to check the status of my order, to which they replied, "...your order will ship in 5-10 business days."

On 12/01/16, I sent a follow-up email, as I had still not received my package. They replied, "Your order will ship next week." On 12/10/16, I contacted them again and was told, "I will find out why this order has not shipped." On 12/12/16, I contacted them yet again and was told, "this will ship Wednesday." I received an email from FedEx with tracking that same day (Monday). When I looked it up, it showed the shipment information was sent to FedEx on 11/07/16, but the package wasn't given to FedEx until 12/12/16.

The workmanship of the product I received was not worth the wait, price, or hassle with the company. We are going to have to modify the sign (it has no hanging hooks, holes, or other method to hang it) and the concealment insert (the glass is falling out the back of the photo frame) before we can even use it. Save yourself the headache and find another company to buy from.

Like the other reviews, I order my flag on Dec 3 and still have not heard it has shipped as of Feb 6. I would highly recommend not doing business here. [redacted] has emailed me a couple of times stating it will ship in 5 days, well I have emails from [redacted] 11th on saying this 5 day talk with still no tracking code.

I submitted my order for a concealment wall flag on 6/5/2016 and was billed for the item at the time of purchase. I had not heard anything by July (7/5/2016) so I sent a email requesting a ship date, they responded and told me by early August which would be 1 week late from their 6-8 week quoted lead time. I had not heard anything, seen any tracking info by 8/8/2016 so I sent a follow up email requesting information. I received a response saying it would be 5-10 days before they would ship. They then sent tracking information on 8/9/2016 showing that they were going to ship and I should have my package by 8/15/2016. This of course was all smoke and mirrors as they never shipped and only created a label to make it appear like they were sending me my order. I emailed them on 8/15 asking if they had sent me the incorrect tracking info, they did not and responded that my order would ship this week. I have sent them a email on Wednesday (8/17) and Today, Thursday 8/18 asking what day this week they will ship... Still no response and still no product.

Based on the other reviews I am going to say this... I DO NOT WANT a refund, I want the product that I purchased. I held up my end of the deal, I paid my money to them for a product, I waited patiently per their quoted lead time now it is RCRF's turn to hold up their end of the deal and supply me with the product that was ordered and paid for.

I placed an order for a bedroom set back in September 2015. I was supposed to receive it by Christmas. After reaching out to them to check on it's status I learned there would be a month delay. After a month another month delay. Then several times I was told it would be done in 14 business days. After 6 months and them no longer responding to me I filed a complaint with Missouri's Attorney General's office. This got them to respond quickly. They offered a discount, concealment flag and a promise from the owner that it would be done and ship within 14 business days. They just asked that I retract my complaint. I did. Now just past 7 months from the day I ordered and paid my order arrived(some of it at least). The way they placed it on a pallet with bubble wrap was laughable. The truck driver was worried to use his lift gate since it would all just fall off. He helped unpack it and carry it off the truck piece by piece. From the way it was palletized it's surprising it wasn't in more pieces. Each night stand has dent and gouges it them. One of the side rails is completely broken and useless. They also sent a bed and night stands that are different from what was ordered. They forgot to build and send the 6 drawer dresser and Mantle/shelf that were ordered and paid for as well. They've offered to replace it all in 14 business days. Laughable, like they haven't used that time frame before. They now have promised a full refund. Hopefully is comes. Don't waste your time or money with this company. The reviews and complaint are all true. I could have gone to carpenter school and built my own stuff faster and with less hassle.

I understand they may have gotten backed up over the holidays and my order is taking longer than expected BUT WHY is this woman regurgitating the same couple of lines to me through email when I ask her for a status update regarding my order. She continually states that \"my order will ship in 7 to 10 business days.\" They have the ability to charge people\'s credit cards but they can\'t figure out how to track an order when provided with an order number?! Is this a legitimate company? I\'ve yet to read a post regarding a customer that has actually received their item.

I ordered a concealment flag on February 19th. I have requested FOUR TIMES for some one to call me, and still no call. No update. I still have no flag. No shipment confirmation. I have to repeatedly ask the same questions over and over, and even had to ask repeatedly for a picture of what it will look like... STILL NO PICTURE. I am absolutely livid. $300.00 down the drain! I will NEVER order from you EVER again, and if I do not receive my order in the next week, I am suing for the price as well as the inconvenience.

As I have read all of the reviews from Rough country furniture. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from them.
Quick to take your money, slow to deliver product.

Fortunately they, got the branch of the service correct. This was a gift for my Brother in law who retired from the Army. I attempted to contact them to correct an error on my part. They sent me an e-mail telling me that they were unable to change the city in the shipping directions. Also took them twice as long to ship the product as their website states. Numerous phone calls to no avail.

It has been 12 weeks since I ordered a concealment flag, I was told it would take 6-8. I am really disappointed that my product has not shipped. After the 6-8 weeks was up I emailed them and I was told 3-7 days. They told me they had more orders than expected in November and it would take a bit longer. On the 7th day I emailed again, I was told 5-7 business days. On the 7th day I emailed yet again and I was told \"today or tomorrow\". That never happened either. I emailed again and was told my order was scheduled and I would recieve an email with tracking when it shipped. I still have not gotten that email. I reached out yesterday, but did not hear back. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever receive what I ordered. I really don\'t want to have to cancel my order, I have been so excited about surprising my husband with something he has wanted for a long time, but it feels like my money is just being held. I\'ve reached out multiple times and nothing I\'ve been told has been true :( I love the product, I just wish they would actually send it.
