We like most people saw all the furniture on social media and loved what was posted We decided on a bed with drawers and called them to make the order They told us bed orders were running about - weeks Okay, this was custom work so we went ahead and paid for the bed and waited weeks went by and no updates Several emails went by and at weeks we finally received a response They informed us they were behind on orders and were expecting to ship in the next 6-weeks We started looking at all the reviews and noticed this is the same story others have received When told 6-weeks this usually meant another 12-weeks Others have mentioned quality control was an issue This would seem applicable since they are so far behind in orders Sorry this is not a business you want to participate with Yes, they did refund our order and not with the credit card we sent but a personal checkHopping it will clear, if not I will be back to update and file Until they are able to manage their work load they should be cut off
Our experience was horribleMy wife ordered my shelf November as a Christmas presentShe was told the shelf would be completed and on our door step before ChristmasChristmas came and went with no shelfAfter numerous emails and phone calls over the next few weeks, we finally received an email saying they had not received their shipment of foam for the inside of the drawerNow at the end of March 2016, still no shelf or any communication from Rough Country Rustic Fed up, I emailed this time and asked them if they knew fraud was a crimeI told them I was going to contact an attorney to deal with themI received an email the next day stating the foam had come in and they would be shipping out our shelfNo shelf was receivedI sent another email telling them my attorney's name and that he would be handling this messApproximately one week later I received the shelfNo mounting instructions, no foam (to keep the firearm in place when the drawer is opened) and no invoiceAfter yet another email asking where the foam insert was, I received an email saying the foam was not used in the shelf-type concealment itemI replied and explained how the firearm would not stay in place, in fact it would fall out of the back of the cabinet when the drawer was opened quickly,as it would be in an emergency situationI received another email saying there was a misunderstanding and the shelf did not come with the foam insert and the employee who told my wife, (when she first ordered the shelf) it came with the linerI told them the misunderstanding was on them and I wanted everything we ordered by the end of the weekWeeks end and still no foamIt took me bringing an attorney into the mix before they even started to respondEventually we received a refund, however we still haven't received the foam insertStay away from this company
I ordered a concealment flag just before ChristmasI intended it to be a gift for my stepson and would order myself one after I got a good look at his and was satisfiedMy credit card was billed within daysThe website stated it would be several weeks to construct due to holiday ordersI was fine with that and gave my stepson a photo of the product wrapped in a boxHe loved itHe has politely asked twice now where it is and all I can reply is,"still waiting"I sent the "contact us" email address my order number and explained my situationI've been anxiously checking my email hoping to hear when my order would comeThey haven't even answered me I wish I had done more research on this company before I orderedSounds like the product is fine but who wants give them your money and wait half a year to get your order I'm contacting my bank to see what I need to do

This was the worst online experience I have ever dealt withI ordered my brother a "don't tread on me" frame to hold his guns inIt came in with a stupid snake on the front and black when the picture was blue and was completely differentI understand they're not all gonna be the same but at least try or ask me if I want a stupid snake on itNow his daughter is terrified to walk in the house knowing it has a snake on itIt says 6-weeks and months later I recieved itIt was put in the box wet so the paint was completely screwed up as well as it fits one gun not the amount promisedI emailed them and months later I am still waiting for a replyI have called and still waiting for an answer! Don't waste your money here!
I ordered a concealed carry flag on April 16th of this yearTheir confirmation email stated that this could take "Approximately to weeks or 28-BUSINESS DAYS for Concealed Compartment Patriotic Flags, Rapid Response Inserts AND SIGNS"And also depending on how back ordered they wereIt's now been monthsI had also sent an email to them with my confirmation number saying that I was moving and needed to change my address (this was sent on Jun 7th WELL before the estimated delivery date) and I got NO response back saying the order address had been changed or anythingI was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt to this company because it's a small business, but I didn't expect it to be like this

While I did receive my concealment cabinet before Christmas (thank you!) and it is a beautiful piece I was slightly disappointed when I removed this from the box and the top piece completely separated from the rest of it! I was able to straighten the nails back out and push this piece back onIt would appear as though the craftsmanship is less than promisedWe were planning on purchasing another one as a birthday gift until this happened The order was delivered prior to Christmas as promised but I did not receive and still have not received the tracking number that was requested on two separate occasionsUnfortunately, I cannot say I will be ordering from Rough Country Rustic Furniture again nor will I be recommending your company to anyone else
I ordered concealment shelves in late Nov' I had been seeing their ads all over Facebook and absolutely loved the pieces! Because it was so close to the holidays, I assumed they had received a large number of orders so I was expecting the shelves to be delivered closer to the weeks of the stated 6-week delivery time weeks came & went so I sent an email They were VERY fast at responding to emails as well as Facebook messages As we all know, sometimes things can fall between the cracks And it seems when one thing goes wrong, it becomes a domino effect through to the end I dealt with multiple people throughout the transaction and each person was courteous, apologetic & professional I found out through the course of my interaction with them that they had actually grown rather quickly and moved into a new facility I am assuming this played a part in the issues with my order I was definitely frustrated, but tried to remember that they are a still a family owned/run business with a great backstory Just regular folks making a go of a passion And doing a great job of it! Long story short, towards the end I was dealing with Annie (whom I believe is the wife of the owner?) and she got everything straightened out I could tell she was as frustrated as I was and she made sure the order was completed & sent out very quickly after she was brought up to speed The product I received is gorgeous & is definitely amazing quality! I will be ordering more from them and will suggest friends & family do the same To the people who wrote a bad review...I understand your frustration! Trust me, I get it! But let's cut them a little slack! Can you name another company that makes THIS type of product? IN the U.S.? BY hand?!? At the end of the day, they are just normal, hard working people doing the best they can to provide a unique, quality product
I submitted my order for a concealment wall flag on 6/5/and was billed for the item at the time of purchase I had not heard anything by July (7/5/2016) so I sent a email requesting a ship date, they responded and told me by early August which would be week late from their 6-week quoted lead time I had not heard anything, seen any tracking info by 8/8/so I sent a follow up email requesting information I received a response saying it would be 5-days before they would ship They then sent tracking information on 8/9/showing that they were going to ship and I should have my package by 8/15/ This of course was all smoke and mirrors as they never shipped and only created a label to make it appear like they were sending me my order I emailed them on 8/asking if they had sent me the incorrect tracking info, they did not and responded that my order would ship this week I have sent them a email on Wednesday (8/17) and Today, Thursday 8/asking what day this week they will ship Still no response and still no product Based on the other reviews I am going to say this I DO NOT WANT a refund, I want the product that I purchased I held up my end of the deal, I paid my money to them for a product, I waited patiently per their quoted lead time now it is RCRF's turn to hold up their end of the deal and supply me with the product that was ordered and paid for

On March 11th my wife and I took the leap and ordered a piece bedroom concealment setThis is a $setFor an entire bedroom set, it's a good deal We were told it would take 12-weeks, which we were prepared to wait this long but little did we know, is that these guys seem to have issues with math When I contacted them June 1st, they said they were to begin making the set that month and would be completed within the given completion times Contacted them again July 1st, and they dont respond until the next day informing me they are currently working on the night stands So they [redacted] much didn't start on the set until July...If that's even true August 1st they tell me they finished a dresser too and the order will not be finished until September So I express my frustration and share with them a website that does the math for the amount of standard business days in USA August 24th I ask what the progress is and they tell me my order won't be completed until October now I demand a refund with the threat of taking legal action and they so far said they would comply I guess this could be a way they are getting loans and not having to pay back interest on, Just saying I haven't read one good review about people who have ordered a bedroom set and have been satisfiedSo why sell bedroom sets and not follow through with orders These guys seem to be able to build the wall flags and lamps and have completed those orders successfully, well some orders It is sad to see people willing to take your money and not follow through with what they have committed to doing for their customersIt is a scam and dishonest work!!
I ordered my coffee table back on april 25th and its now halloween Ive been told maybe times that my table is ready and about to be shipped last update was itll ship within days, its now been days, not even an email or anything I take it that theyre a small business and overwhelmed, and also in desperate need of organization or a person to strictly take care of the paperwork end of stuff if I do not recieve a reply by the end of this week about my coffee table, ill be contacting my bank in order to get my money back I have a long email chain in regards to this purchase and im very disastisfied I considered buying a new bedroom set and dining room table, but after this poor service, ill be looking elsewhere

As I have read all of the reviews from Rough country furniture I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from them Quick to take your money, slow to deliver product ( which by the way was not what I ordered) Fortunately they, got the branch of the service correctThis was a gift for my Brother in law who retired from the ArmyI attempted to contact them to correct an error on my partThey sent me an e-mail telling me that they were unable to change the city in the shipping directionsAlso took them twice as long to ship the product as their website statesNumerous phone calls to no avail

I honestly believe they are a scamI bought a concealment flag in November and just now got itBut I had to emailed, called, and messaged them on Facebook before I finally heard back over text message saying that they would look into itFinally they told me that they would be mailing it out right away they were just waiting on the Fedex truck to get to there facility so then I texted the number back the next day asking for an update and they said oh it would be out that day and that yesterday Fedex "forgot" to come to themSo the next day I texted the number and they said that they would look into on Monday because they were closedso then on Monday I texted them and they said oh today it will be mailed outwell guess what it never did!!!!!!! So about a week later it finally got shipped out and they said that they would refund the shipping but that hasn't happenedOn the plus side it came in two daysand then once I got it the back wasn't stapled on so it was falling aparti left a review or tried to on their page but it has been deletedSo if you are thinking of ordering through them don't! you are better off making the POS your selfThey are expensive and not worth the hassle through this companythe sad part is they could be making a lot of money off of me considering we have a ton of guns and barely any concealment options

I honestly believe they are a scamI bought a concealment flag in November and just now got itBut I had to emailed, called, and messaged them on Facebook before I finally heard back over text message saying that they would look into itFinally they told me that they would be mailing it out right away they were just waiting on the Fedex truck to get to there facility so then I texted the number back the next day asking for an update and they said oh it would be out that day and that yesterday Fedex "forgot" to come to themSo the next day I texted the number and they said that they would look into on Monday because they were closedso then on Monday I texted them and they said oh today it will be mailed outwell guess what it never did!!!!!!! So about a week later it finally got shipped out and they said that they would refund the shipping but that hasn't happenedOn the plus side it came in two daysand then once I got it the back wasn't stapled on so it was falling aparti left a review or tried to on their page but it has been deletedSo if you are thinking of ordering through them don't! you are better off making the POS your selfThey are expensive and not worth the hassle through this companythe sad part is they could be making a lot of money off of me considering we have a ton of guns and barely any concealment options
