I had placed an order to the company on June 4, for pieces of furniture a flag, coffee table, and bed set and paid it in fullI received the flag in mid August however none of my other furniture have been shippedI had emailed them multiple times on an update about the products and was never given an answer on the productRather they dodged the question each timeIt has been almost weeks and I emailed them again on the status of my order after waiting weeks for them to respond to the previous emailI then received an email on October 6, from them saying "We will be working on your order in 2-weeks." I am upset with the lack of compliance with their delivery datesAccording to my original email receipt I should have had my entire order by nowI will never recommend anybody to this business nor will I ever do business with them again

We recently made a purchase and they went above and beyond to make sure it was received when WE needed it to beThey were great in responding to questionsThe product was great quality and we were very happy with itWe will be making a future purchase from them and look forward to great service and an even better product!

Do not buy Furniture from this companyFirst after placing our order months prior, we finally received Part! Of our orderOnly to setup our California King bed to learn they made the wrong size and we received a King! Not only was the bed a king, the way to assembly it was horrible! One bed post had three holes in it, another one had none!! Horrible quality! When we contacted the company to make it right they did nothing for us! We asked them to at least send us a check for the difference in the bed size (that we still have not received)We also asked that they send us the rest of our orderToday we received our Molon labe sign ( not yet even our entire order) that was literally a piece of wood with some letters on itI could have made it myself! No mounts to hang itNothing!! Their customer service is horrible and although their furniture looks nice it's very bad qualityThey do not make right what they do wrong!!! If you ever do receive your order you will surely be dissatisfied!!

I have read the other complaints on here, and I would like to share my experience I ordered my item December 3rd, with an expected delivery time of mid February I thought that sounded like a long time to wait, but then reconsidered because it is a custom piece My product was hand made, in fact when I received it it still had the freshly varnished smell The piece was as expected great quality and well built with quality materials I read a complaint regarding poorly painted product, keep in mind this IS a "rustic" product The item did take longer than expected to receive, however I always received quick and timely responses Like other I got frustrated the delay, I had even at one point decided to cancel my order, but received an email from them outlining the changes they had made to address those very issues That changed my opinion and I am glad I did, great product and people In the end they listened to customers and addressed the shortcomings They didn't make excuses, they listened and have made changes I assume that they received a lot more orders than they had anticipated from the social media campaign, that can overwhelm a small company, but they responded quickly Give them a shot and be patient it is worth the wait

I have had a very similar experience I ordered in November with an estimated week time frame We are now the 23rd of January and emails later, I haven't heard a thing back!!! I am getting worrieD and frustrated at this point! I would love to at least have gotten a response back from this company

Do not order from this companyit took me from the time I ordered my mantle in January to now (almost august) to receive itCustomer service gave me multiple empty promises saying it would be done soon, which was not to be for a long timeWhen I finally received the mantle it was not the right color I ordered and the drawer that opens and stores whatever you want does not open easily,seems like shoddy workmanship.All this waiting for basic crap

I purchased a concealment mirror and after purchase was told it would take 10-weeksAt week I emailed asking the status of the orderI was then told it would be another 14-daysAt day I emailed again and was told it would be shipped the next weekAfter another week I was told it would be another weekAnd then finally I was told it'd be another daysVery slow to respond to emails with complaints, always another excuseAfter 5+ months of no item I asked for a refund and they were quick to respond to that saying they would issue that right awayStill waitingDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a mini mantel from Rough Country Rustic Furniture in August of After multiple e-mails with *** *** *** asking for an update on my order, I was informed that the order had been misplaced and they would get it fulfilled ASAP and send a free Concealment Flag with my order Well after one month of no updates I asked for a status update on the order, at that time I was issued a refund with the promise that they would ship the products to me and apologized for the inconvenience The time from my order to my refund was days, with me having to initiate contact with them every time It has now been another month since my refund and still no product received or any further communication I have written off getting the mantel or flag from them and am currently searching for another company to order from I will say that *** was very apologetic and on every email, but this business obviously has issues building and delivering the products they advertise Just glad I got my money back

I bought a flag for my boyfriend in FebruaryIt took super long to even ship and once arrived was brokeThe latch did not lock at all, mainly because the bottom piece wasn't fully intact so it made a gapEven then it still did not hold the latch like it was supposedSuper disappointed in the quality of the orderThen my bf called to request to ship it back for a refund and got their voicemail, that was days ago and we have still not heard backWill never do buisness with them again

Product was shipped exactly according to the time frames on the website Realistically they should be charging more for this level of quality I will be ordering again

Rough Country Furniture- Well I started with a search off of googleI found their website and the products looked really goodI ordered American Flags, concealed type, from them on 05/01/On the website it says it will take up too months to get the productI wasn't worriedI wanted to buy American owned and operated product from an American companyWell I waited until 06/28/and then contacted the customer service emailThe next day I got a response from them that my order would ship within 5-daysI got my first flag on 07/11/It was greatA very Heavy and well constructed wooden flag and I couldn't be happierI really like the look and feel of the flagIt is big and well constructedI did read a lot of negative comments on this business(after I ordered), but I couldn't be happier with the end resultI got my second flag on 07/18/It is great alsoI would highly recommend this company and their productsI am intending on ordering a few more pieces in the futureThanks to the customer service who looked up my order number for me(I lost it) and helped me with my questions and concernsKeep up the great work

I unfortunately didn't look up reviews for this company before making an offer, something I greatly regretEverything you see in these reviews is accurateThis companies customer service is worse than any company I've seenThey ask for 28-business days to ship a concealment flag (which is pretty ridiculous in the first place), but mine didn't ship for daysWhen I asked for an update, I received an email saying my order would ship in 5-business daysIt took Prior to my order shipping, I asked if I could change the shipping address since my duty station had since changedThey said no problem, we can do that...but still sent my product to my old houseNow I have to pay to ship it again because of their mistakeI have yet to see this product, but to be quite honest I don't hold my expectations very highDon't waste your time with this companyYou will only be disappointed

I ordered my product the week before Christmas and received it about weeks later I emailed the company a couple days before I received it and received a quick response I am extremely satisfied with the product, very well built and as described Will definitely be using this business again

This is a horrible company. I paid June 28th 2016 it's now January 6th 2017and have just cancelled after listening to constant lies and promises to ship. I emailed to cancel and was told my shelves were built they were just waiting for paint and would ship that week which was just another lie. I'm sure they will reply here saying it was shipping today or some other falsehood.
Avoid this company they are scammers and will just waste your time and money. I'm sure the only way I'll get my money back will be through a chargeback with my bank.
I have no idea how they are still in business.

Complete waste of time, I ordered a concieled flag from this company in November and after having to email them 3 times as reminders , each time being told they would send it out within the week and each email was a month apart, I finally received it... And it was the wrong color. I emailed them back about the situation and they didn't even know what flag I ordered in the first place. The stuff looks great but I will be taking me and my friends business elsewhere if this is how they always operate.

It took a while for my product to arrive, but it was worth it. It works perfectly and has a rustic look. I saw some saying that a tracking email was never received but I was emailed two.

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to check their status on the Revdex.com and was utterly shocked! I ordered two wall art pieces Both flag designs (Regular and deluxe models). PRIOR to placing my order, I looked at the disclosure that was in plain English and printed in BLACK AND WHITE. I KNEW and EXPECTED both pieces to take around 2-3 months for delivery as per their website. After I placed my order, I received my confirmation and simply waited. I was in no urgency to receive this piece (Because of the disclosure on their website), and was pleasantly surprised when I received the shipping information for those items. I just received them yesterday (Nov 1) and they are now BOTH hanging on my walls. The craftsmanship and overall quality is awesome! Being a former Marine as well as continuing to serve in a different capacity, I could not be happier with the products I received. If you want a cookie cutter piece of furniture, go to WALMART or BIG LOTS and buy one. If you want a quality and custom hand crafted piece of Americana, order and WAIT for it! I am glad I did, and have plans to order more! Thank you [redacted] and [redacted] for your quality products. I have and will continue to recommend you to all of my Marine Corps and fellow Department members. Keep doing what you're doing!!!!

I understand there may have been issues in the past but I could not be happier with both the service and the product. Quality American made product delivered within the timeframe provided by the company.

I ordered a bookcase in December of 2015, paid in full. I never received the bookcase. After countless emails and no response, I sent an email asking for a phone call to clear up the issue, mentioned that my lawyer could contact them if I did not hear back. I received an email the next morning, no call, with a one line response saying they could issue a refund if I wanted. Since I didn't feel like donating $300+ to them for no reason at all, and due to the fact that it took over 5 months to even get an email response, I didn't even want to bother trying to get a bookcase from them. If they build their products the way they handle customer service, or manage their business, I can't imagine that it would be worth the $ anyway.
