My husband purchased a concealment coffee table in March. We were given a delivery time of 12 weeks. After 14 weeks we emailed the company, they informed us it would be another 14 business days. After another month we emailed them again, they said it would be another 14 business days (I.e. At least 3 weeks) before they would even ship it. We requested a refund, it took almost 3 weeks for them to send us a refund check. Long story short, they are incapable of keeping with a deadline, and I'm pretty sure they never even started working on the table. 20 weeks of them holding onto several hundred dollars and no table. Very unprofessionally
Horrible customer service and product. Product came in pieces and no one would answer calls or emails to get the issue resolved. I sent several emails to have my issues addressed and never got a response. I attempted to contact them in every way possible and no response. I am extremely disappointed...I could have spent my money elsewhere and has a gift for my husband instead of wooden pieces in a box. Merry Christmas to him! Absolute junk. At least it will make for a good bond fire

So at the late end of that wait time it should have been here by July 29th. I emailed them on AUGUST 31 asking what the deal was! To which they replied with our order will ship in 14-21 business days.. fast forward exactly 30 days it's now September 30th I email them trying to figure out what's going on, and they tell me my order will ship the week of October 10th. So I'm happy even though its about 2 months and some change past when it should have been here, at least I have a date.. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 12th AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY NOTIFICATION THAT MY [redacted] TABLE HAS SHIPPED!! I asked for my money back 2 days ago and yet to receive a reply. Thankyou so much Rough Country, I have never expierienced such a head ache of a company to deal with as you. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

No wonder they do not accept reviews on facebook. I have contacted them many times with no answer for them to advise to fix the issue and I have contacted them for a refund with no response. I will be taking this up with my bank and trying to advise everyone I possibly can not to purchase from this company.

The time it took to get it did not bother me at all because Rough Country was up front from the beginning and while I impatiently waited and emailed them, they responded each and every time. Very very very well worth the wait. I will for sure be doing business with Rough Country again. I expected a quality hand made bed and this exceeded my expectations.

It did take a little longer than expected but they are beautiful and we will both be ordering some more. I was also super excited to see two custom flags done for our Houston Fire Dept. I will be recommending custom concealment flags as retirement gifts to everyone I know.

I was told a week before Christmas that the shelf would be shipped around Christmas. A couple of weeks later I emailed them back and they said they would ship the shelf in a week (this is the second week in January). A couple of weeks later I contacted them again and they told me that they were waiting for a foam delivery and the shelf would be sent as soon as they received the foam. Weeks later I contacted them again and I was told that they did not have any shelved out of production and as soon as they are built they would send the order. So far all they have told me were lies. I was very unhappy so they gave me a 50% refund (all I wanted was the shelf and flag I ordered). After many more emails they finally sent the shelf (7 months after placing the order). To my dissatisfaction they sent the wrong shelf and did not send the flag I had ordered. I sent the shelf back the next day. For the next 2 months I contacted them every week and was told that the order would be sent next week. After a total of 9 months after placing the order the shelf arrived. Turns out it is the same shelf they sent in error before but this time it was broken in a couple of places. The shipping box was not damaged in any way so I figure that the shelf was damaged and then shipped. I contacted them and requested a shipping label to send the damaged shelf back and requested a refund. I was told to keep the shelf and they would send e a refund, witch they did. I threw the shelf away because the damage was repairable and it was terribly made. The joinery looked like it was done by a child and the pine it was made out of was dried yellow pine probably from Home Depot. The flag that looked like strips of wood assembled together was a piece of 1X12 painted with a couple of stars and some red and white lines looking nothing like an American Flag. Everything about this order was bad, the customer service, the wait time and the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
On March 11th my wife and I took the leap and ordered a 7 piece bedroom concealment set. This is a $1500 set. For an entire bedroom set, it's a good deal.
We were told it would take 12-15 weeks, which we were prepared to wait this long but little did we know, is that these guys seem to have issues with math.
When I contacted them June 1st, they said they were to begin making the set that month and would be completed within the given completion times.
Contacted them again July 1st, and they dont respond until the next day informing me they are currently working on the night stands.
So they [redacted] much didn't start on the set until July...If that's even true..
August 1st they tell me they finished a dresser too and the order will not be finished until September.
So I express my frustration and share with them a website that does the math for the amount of standard business days in USA.
August 24th I ask what the progress is and they tell me my order won't be completed until October now.
I demand a refund with the threat of taking legal action and they so far said they would comply.
I guess this could be a way they are getting loans and not having to pay back interest on, Just saying..
I haven't read one good review about people who have ordered a bedroom set and have been satisfied. So why sell bedroom sets and not follow through with orders.
These guys seem to be able to build the wall flags and lamps and have completed those orders successfully, well some orders.

I emailed them again earlier this month and they replied saying they would ship out the product that week's Friday. It never shipped. I emailed them again and they replied again that the product would ship the following Thursday, but they could give me a refund. It never shipped. I don't want a refund unless I'm just getting the product for free, which I doubt. I suggested a discount on the product, just to make the customer service right. They never responded to that. I've now waited 12+ weeks for a product that should have taken 7-9 weeks to ship (according to their website) this is the worst online shopping experience ever.

I just gave them a 400.00 loan for there new so called expansion project. I run my own business, if a customer gave me a deposit I will get the job done as fast as possible. I am from out of state so I guess my next action is to investigate how this maybe criminal conduct. If I have to spend 10,000.00 in attorney fees and airline tickets I will do it. I have to take a day off from work to call the State Attorney General and start looking at avenues to have this company prosecuted.

After numerous emails and phone calls over the next few weeks, we finally received an email saying they had not received their shipment of foam for the inside of the drawer. Now at the end of March 2016, still no shelf or any communication from Rough Country Rustic. Fed up, I emailed this time and asked them if they knew fraud was a crime. I told them I was going to contact an attorney to deal with them. I received an email the next day stating the foam had come in and they would be shipping out our shelf. No shelf was received. I sent another email telling them my attorney's name and that he would be handling this mess. Approximately one week later I received the shelf. No mounting instructions, no foam (to keep the firearm in place when the drawer is opened) and no invoice. After yet another email asking where the foam insert was, I received an email saying the foam was not used in the shelf-type concealment item. I replied and explained how the firearm would not stay in place, in fact it would fall out of the back of the cabinet when the drawer was opened quickly,as it would be in an emergency situation. I received another email saying there was a misunderstanding and the shelf did not come with the foam insert and the employee who told my wife, (when she first ordered the shelf) it came with the liner. I told them the misunderstanding was on them and I wanted everything we ordered by the end of the week. Weeks end and still no foam. It took me bringing an attorney into the mix before they even started to respond. Eventually we received a refund, however we still haven't received the foam insert. Stay away from this company.

My credit card was billed within days. The website stated it would be several weeks to construct due to holiday orders. I was fine with that and gave my stepson a photo of the product wrapped in a box. He loved it. He has politely asked twice now where it is and all I can reply is,"still waiting". I sent the "contact us" email address my order number and explained my situation. I've been anxiously checking my email hoping to hear when my order would come. They haven't even answered me. I wish I had done more research on this company before I ordered. Sounds like the product is fine but who wants give them your money and wait half a year to get your order. I'm contacting my bank to see what I need to do.
I have read the reviews, I ordered a coffee table, I also read their website which told me the times where estimated, I understood that fully upon purchase, everytime I Emailed requesting completion date it was answered in a timely manner, so you ask did it take a little longer than estimate, yes it did, but I will tell everyone that my coffee table arrived yesterday and I am 150% satisfied with the product, we love it. I am already looking at other things to order and that the craftsmanship is outstanding, if you all would be a little patient you will find a product that you will love. I ordered my coffee table back on april 25th and its now halloween. Ive been told 2 maybe 3 times that my table is ready and about to be shipped. last update was itll ship within 7 days, its now been 21 days, not even an email or anything.
I take it that theyre a small business and overwhelmed, and also in desperate need of organization or a person to strictly take care of the paperwork end of stuff.

We understood their problem so we politely denied free clothing or shipping and waited. 2 weeks go by and we heard nothing so we sent a second email. This time we asked for shipping to be taken off our order. They agreed and said it will be shipped this week. Still waiting for anything to happen, however we are close to canceling our order. Where was the notification email that the 6-8 weeks is actually going to be 3 or more months?! We're very disappointed that this cool looking product just seems to be out of reach from this business.
Just like all the other reviews on here, I am still waiting on my Distressed Gadsden Concealment Flag. Going on 2 months passed the quoted time for it to be completed and shipped. After many inquiries as to where my product is I keep getting "we are busy with the amount of orders from the holidays". I get it, things sometimes take longer than expected but what I don't appreciate is being told that my item is going to be shipped at a certain time then having to email back a few weeks later asking where my product is, to hear the same excuse. This was suppose to be a present for someone very special to me before he deploys. Now he's getting ready to leave and I still can't give it to him. Am I ever going to receive this product? This is getting ridiculous.

I was super excited to buy something my husband would love for our anniversary/his birthday and from a small, USA business. Being a small business owner myself, I like to shop small. I placed my order July 11. It is ow September 27th and I still have not received my order. I emailed them at the end of August, which was pretty close to the estimated completion time, and they informed me that my order wasn't going to ship until mid September. I received an email last week stating a label had been created and I would receive my item the 26th. As of today, still no item and the tracking info says it's "pending". Seems like I should have read some reviews before I ordered my concealment wall hanging. I was super excited to buy something my husband would love for our anniversary/his birthday and from a small, USA business. Being a small business owner myself, I like to shop small. I placed my order July 11. It is ow September 27th and I still have not received my order. I emailed them at the end of August, which was pretty close to the estimated completion time, and they informed me that my order wasn't going to ship until mid September. I received an email last week stating a label had been created and I would receive my item the 26th. As of today, still no item and the tracking info says it's "pending". Unfortunately, I'm suggesting NOT buying from this company.
