Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightly. Based on the contract document language and the representations made by the person who signed us up, we disagree that the business should be allowed to raise the rates as much as they did and should be limited to 3% per year.I note that their latest response is identical to their earlier response, so it is obvious that they do not wish to resolve this complaint.

I had to cancel my DEBIT card because they were going to draw from my acct and overdraft me. This is months and months after I have sent them emails and contacted their manager. I literally have zero control over my account.I went to the gym last night and apparently they STILL have my account over due and did not draw the funds from the new CC.This is embarrassing and I am tired of being humiliated despite PAYING MY DUES. I work 12 hours a day and I am sorry that I cannot return calls. Emails are the best way to contact me. I can be contacted at [redacted]At this point, a free complimentary month/waive of $35 will make me satisfied. Otherwise, I intend to cancel at the end of the year and never use 24 again.Regards,[redacted]

We are not coming to an agreement. As I stated in my complaint what was said and promised when meeting with the salesperson at 24 hour fitness differs from the contract.
