Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowweeks after hours fitness promised me the refund, I still can't get it
First, I was told I'll receive a check in about days It didn't show up and nobody ever contacted me I had to call the branch manager again, then was told that the refund was issued to *** I just need to go to *** But *** people acted like knowing nothing about it
So, for the last several days, I've been on the phone with *** and hours fitness many times Everyone says I'll get a refund, a prorated amount, an estimated %, even the exact days remaining on my contract, but somehow no one knows the actual dollar amount It's just a simple math an elementary school student can do What's the problem? Isn't it already "issued" to ***?
I don't see any good faith here After going through so much trouble, I still can't get the refund.

The truth behind the matter is that I was told I would be paying $50/year for life, this was constantly repeated by the sales rep when he was pushing me to make the purchase, and what eventually convinced me to buy. Had I known what he was saying was a lie, then I would have contacted 24, and definitely would not have made the purchase.Regards,*** ***
