Revdex.com:Company has offered refund and reinstated the previous fees because they were unable to locate the contract.This complaint isn't completely satisfactory but mostly satisfactory due to the larger agenda that hour fitness is phasing out old contracts by not building Sports clubs anymore, and building Super Sports only instead

After reviving the Revdex.com complaint, a rep called me to justify their position, but made no concessions or attempt to rectify the situation The only thing that was offered was an explanation that they could change their rates any time they want.

The business requested another phone number where I can be reachedI've given the business another number where I can be contacted previously at ***
< Prior to today, The business has attempted to reach me at the number I've just provided *** The district manager reached out to me around November 18th -19th because I seen a missed call then called the number back from *** The person who I talked with introduced themselves as the District Manager then acknowledged why the phone call from themBefore the conversation went further I informed the person I was not feeling very well due to aggravation of PTSD & MDD disability symptomsThe Hour Fitness representative advised that I contact Hour Fitness when I feel well
After which, I contacted the exact phone number of the individual who called me on the 22nd of November when I felt better as advised to no availThe very next thing I did was that I contacted the corporate office's member service department via phone on the 22nd of this month when I felt betterI was provided the information that the individual who I previous talked with when I was at the emergency room of the hospital was indeed the district managerAfter speaking with me briefly, when the district manager guy advised that I should contact Hour Fitness when I felt better , my Hour Fitness MEMBER account was not updated with the accurate details of the verbal exchangeI told the member service rep instead I felt "setup" because the district manager guy insisted that I could not be reached in the notes following the phone conversationI thought it was odd how member service rep continuously reminded me of the extremely emotionally painful fact stating that MY MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN REVOKED nothing has changed- stating that my MEMBERSHIP DUES DENIED
To conclude, If the business seriously intends to NOW resolve: the business needs to expressly amicably gesture towards a possible Revdex.com level resolution with making a settlement arrangement, which we can do, beginning with a remedy in consideration of my NOW hindered PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS as a PRO-ATHLETE who still desires to train while the current NBA basketball season is underway with NBA Free Agency signing deadlines fast approaching while I try to make up for lost individual training sessionsI want the business to be considerate of the violation of my AMERICAN's WITH DISABILITY protected right to train without any incident , keeping in mind, the written (e-mail) & verbal (voicemail) offers I have made to the RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER ( *** *** ) for GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE RETENTION SCHEDULE purposes, & to GENERAL COUNSEL (*** ***) via e-mail & voice message for in-house counsel engagement purposes- NOW I will accept & sign a release of ALL pending issues

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received one email and two phone calls the first phone call I was able to answer and speak to a person in a different state that offered to give me half my money backOnly half of the money they stole from me after I asked for my membership to be closed.
I asked what are they doing to make sure this isn't happening to other people she couldn't answer.
I would like hour to do what is write and propose a way to keep this from happening to others.

A district manager from Hour Fitness did indeed reach out to me, with almost a month delay since the last time I heard from herI am, nonetheless, quite grateful to her for her preliminary discussions with meShe was quite professional and courteousWe did discuss some potential options that were being reviewed in order to address my complaintsHowever, a final resolution has not been reachedI would appreciate keeping this case open until an agreement has been reached given the seriousness of my concerns for the safety of myself and my family
