hr fitness corporate office called and said their price increase stands and it is non negotiable I reiterated that 24hr fitness sold me a $contract for the 1st three years and after years the annual payment is $for life24hr fitness is not holding their end of the bargain Instead of adjusting the annual fee, 24hr fitness had the manager of a 24hr gym, that I am a patron to, to discuss my concern about the unsanitary condition of the shower room. I am more interested in adjusting my annual fee back to $or raise the annual fee to $and allow me to have access to all of the clubs( ultra, super sport, sport, and active)

The business promised to send the signed contract but never didAlso, they claim they will use the increased annual fund to improve clubs but that's just an excuse to increase rates illegally

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thanks for the time regarding this issue I like Hour Fitness and I like the services it provided to my family for the last few yearsHowever, I still need to reject the offer, because basically there is no offer so farI really ***t to get this resolvedMy husband really feel unfair about the situationWe joined the club at the same time and bought the same productHe just cannot understand why only his yearly due get increased to $this yearI understand it was important to ensure you provide customers with a clean , friendly and well-maintained club experienceHowever, please adjust his yearly due back to $29.00, maybe as an exception to usWe got the image of our yearly due would be $29.00, and that was the reason we join the clubIf I know the yearly due going to increase after few years, why did I need to pay upfront for first years? $each personwe paid upfront total $for the first years Do you think it make sense? Now I'm just talking about only $different, and you can gain back my husband's trust to hour Fitness just in $differentWe are good customers, we always keep places clean, friendly to staffs and other users as wellAlso, we follow all the rules and policy in hour fitness and always tell ours Hour fitness is the best compare to other competitors. hour fitness, can you do me a favor? Just keep us on the yearly good deal for $and keep as satisfy? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.again it is a lie No one called me I can furnish my phone records if necessary There are multiple issues here Club took my money with the yearly fee Yearly fee charged although it a monthly membership Yearly fee charged on August th just 6months after membership signing And they notified me that there will be a yearly charge every August 8th If we do the math that means two yearly fees I would pay in a year and months Second I had to pay for my training sessions before I used them So club had the money and didn't feel any urgency to contact me about the trainer's departure As a matter of fact the trainor was trying to get me to sign with him just two days before his departure Again it's an unethical business practice We cancled our membership after the fees where charged and their refusal to credit us back the our hard earned moneyNow how is that proper business practice to charge a yearly fee after months and in aticipation of a charge every year on the same date , and how is it an ethical business practice to not contact a paying customer after your trainer (whom you have been training and paying for , for 6months ) quits and the club doesn't see it a necessity to contact you In my months with the club I paid $ a month for months and around $in training sessions It's another story of the business taking your money and deficating on their customer after they see that you are not signing up with them again Again I can back my statements with facts and hard paper proof Can hour fitness do the same I don't think so It's easy for them to say they called and did this and that but where is the proof All lies just to close the case and sweep the dirt under the rug They need to refund me a substantial amount and stop wasting my time If you need phone records or any reciepts I can furnishe it It's comical that they would say they spoke to me , specially when I went out of my way to contact the club manager which in return conecidently was in meetings every single time I called Same manager as per my trainor stole his customer from him Dishonesty , deceit and unethical business practice across the board Again if Revdex.com needs proof about all the statements I said I can furnish it on demand .

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Nobody has left me any voice mails regarding this complaintA club manager called me from the *** location, however, I was attending an important event and asked if I could call her back within the hourShe said that was fine, however, I was unable to get back in touch with herI called three times and left messages with the person who answered the phone each time, and still to this day have yet to receive a call back from anyonehour fitness has proven themselves to be about themselves and no longer about the customers
I don't know if they have changed management in the corporate offices, because with so many changes being made, and not for the better, they are not the good establishment they once wereTo them, I am just one person in a massive podWhen companies start treating the customers in this way, it doesn't take long for other people in that pod to start and follow, before you know it, you go bankruptIn regards to all the voice mails left by hour staff, please check the number being called, because it wasn't my voice mail that these people supposedly drowned with messages
