FAQ page She has never canceled her subscription.  To provide a great customer service and as a courtesy to her we have issued a refund on the last transaction.   We consider this matter is closed.

We since issued another refund for $2*.*5. The customer states that she is seeking a refund for $80.00, however we only charged her $5*.*0 in renewals, which she has already been refunded, so we consider this matter closed.Had she contacted us directly, the outcome of a refund would have been the same, leaving the Revdex.com time to deal with more important matters.

Refund Policy. If you cancel your Full Membership subscription on or prior to the end of the initial subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any fees paid for the initial subscription period. However, if your Full Membership subscription automatically renews as described in Section 5(C), and if you cancel your Full Membership subscription during any of the 3 additional, successive 30 day automatic renewal periods, you will be entitled to receive a pro rata refund of the amount you paid for the applicable 30 day period based on the number of days remaining in the 30 day period. So, for example, if you cancel your subscription on day 10 of an applicable 30 day period, and you were charged $45.95 in connection with the applicable 30 day period, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund for the remaining 20 days of the 30 day period in an amount equal to $30.63. This customer was reactive and complained to the Revdex.com before we had a chance to respond. This has been a waste of both ours, and the Revdex.com's time.We consider this matter closed.

Account representative has sent her instructions how to cancel her subscription and provided all the necessary information about renewal multiple times, but she still didn’t cancel her subscription. Had she canceled her subscription before Tuesday, May **, 2016 all future billing would have ended. (please see the screenshot). may have a problem understanding our response to you, but I am sure we explained that this was not a problem and that we asked that if you cancel we would issue a refund as a courtesy. you did not cancel, did not respond, but filed a complaint with the Revdex.com for something that you are completely wrong about.

This decision was made to limit fraud and protect our customers. Please note the the link to 24/7 support is still always available to our customers who may or may not decide to use [redacted] login. This was a business decision and not a matter for the Revdex.com. All customer service is done via the Helpesk (24/7 support) customer had never contacted us. Customer made in-app purchase on 7/**/2017 6:51:56 PM. Customer purchased a subscription through the Apple, not through us. We do not have her credit card on file and we do not have access to her Apple account. When she purchased a subscription she received “Subscription Confirmation” email from Apple where they state that subscription will renew every 7 days at $7.99 rate and by which date customer should cancel the subscription to stop all future transactions. And they provide a link “review your subscription” if you want to cancel or learn more about your subscription.

 Rejecting because I do have several email threads from the sources.  The phone numbers I had previously included where I received Text messages, which I also stated in my complaint included the link that took me to the Roomsters url to create an account, which then of course makes you pay to see any messages.  I did pay and there were no messages from anyone from the ads. If Roomsters truly does not allow it, there is something wrong with their setup then because EVERY SINGLE AD only sends a text that directs everyone to log in to Rooomsters and create an account/profile.  We cannot get to anyone that posted the actual ad in [redacted] because everyone one of them is circumvented and redirected to Roomsters.  This is a known issue and complaint on several blogs throughout the internet.
