Revdex.com:
I have checked my mail as of April 30, 2015 re: complaint ID [redacted], and have received nothing from Navient. I have continued to receive harassing and threatening calls from the same woman at Navient. If I were to receive an actual letter from Navient, I would be glad to read it.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company never did anything to fix this issue and just gave a couple sentence generic response that they gave to all the other Revdex.com complaints against them that I read. How can they get away with over 2000 complaints in 3 years? What they did to me is is illegal. I never authorized them to pull funds from my account, especially 3 days earlier than what I agreed to with the original loan company. They should be held accountable for my bank fees. I don't understand how they can operate and get away with all they do.
I have sent several emails and they never respond. They have no actual easy way to contact them. I have asked repeatedly to stop taking funds out early and if they couldn't to change my date. I chose that date in the first place. They have no right to take funds out of my account whenever they feel like it just because the original loan company gave them my account and routing number. I never signed any kinds of agreement with Navient and have no desire to do business with a company that has no problem screwing up customer accounts.
Someone should review the Revdex.com complaints and deal with all the illegal things they do and have been getting away with.

Problem:
I previously filed a complaint when this business altered the billing of my student loan, causing an unexpected and unusually high amount of money to be withdrawn from my checking account. We had agreed that the company would correct my billing amount and forward credit the over charge to January & February statements, with withdrawals beginning again in March. The company has failed to comply with these terms and has billed me again in January. I immediately contacted the company, who did not respond to me in a timely manner. I gave them over 24 hours to correct the noncompliance, but I only received one acknowledgement and no correction was made. I revisited the math, and there was a mistake on their side. They charged me $709.77 in January, which should have been $358.28, that would give me a credit of $351.49 toward a January payment. In January they charged me $358.28, when the remaining balance of $6.79 would be carried over to February for a February charge of $365.07 - not March as they originally mentioned. I should not see a charge at all to my account.
Translate
Desired Outcome:
I want the company to abide by the terms we agreed upon when this first occurred. I want the money they withdrew from my account refunded immediately. I agreed to have the remainder of $6.79 carried over to the February bill, which would be $365.07. I also want payment credit to appear on my record so this situation does not adversely effect my loan forgiveness application under the 10 year public employee loan forgiveness program.

Problem:
I was treated with utter disrespect while trying to communicate that I was going through a re-finance of my home and would be paying the loan in full. I called several times to provide status, each time I was told make a payment, which I explained I was paying off the loan and they noted in the system that I refused to make a payment. Once the loan came through, rather than the pay off being wired the company sent me a check made out to Navient. I called Navient and explained that and asked where to send it. They gave me a different address than the normal monthly payment address and told me to include a letter saying that I usually send payment to a different address and to overnight it, which I did. In the meantime, I continued receiving numerous calls daily, letters, sent to collections, etc. I called daily to check status because the pay off didn't show up over several weeks. They claimed they didn't receive the check. I had proof of delivery with the persons name who signed, the date and time it was delivered. Navient continued to claim they didn't receive it. I spoke with supervisors each time I called. I asked to be contacted when they finally decided to post the check. I NEVER received a call. I called yet again and was told, oh they received it. I had included a personal check for an overage and they still haven't posted that check. This is an extremely poor urn business. They are making millions off students and bullying people who are trying to take care of debt.

I want my credit report corrected. I have asked this to be done in the past and it didn't occur. I want it done this time. I refuse to be treated like this when they deliberately held the check for several weeks. And still haven't posted the personal check I included.
