I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was contacted once (by phone) while I was in a meeting at work and received a voicemail from [redacted] who works in some branch of the Navient office. I tried to return his call for two weeks and left at least four messages. He never called me back. I called the same office and did not dial his extension. Another woman helped me to the extent that she could (with one of my complaints, not the other). I cannot imagine that they could send me anything in the mail that would resolve this issue. In fact, I doubt they sent anything, but I certainly would not receive this letter in the five-day window I have to accept or reject this response.
Regards,

I recieved papers to file for income driven repayment instead of actually working with me on the actual payments I can physically make. I No associate has contacted me at an appropriate time, after 4 pm Monday-Friday to resolve my concerns. No assistance whatsoever!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had loans through [redacted] since 2008 and I never had problems. Once Navient took over, I have nothing but problems including credit score issues as well as a $1200 balance increase (for reasons that they cant seem to explain). I am currently in contact with the student loan ombudsmen to try to solve this problem but I have been fighting them since they switched to Navient in October 2014. Please do your research before taking a loan, and be sure to keep all files and an eye on your balance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept Navient's letter it does not indicate their failure to recognize these loans as funds that were never used for my education. I am currently paying back for two loans I never even touched to save my own credit score how fair is that? I desire for immediate cease of payments and refunded my payments for injustly being accused by Navient of graduating school when I withdrew in May of 2009. However, if being refunded is not possible I desire an immediate termination of service with Navient as soon as possible. Thank you
