I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Their office mailed a packet that had mostly blank papers in it, statements that were not ever disputed or an issue for us, and did not answer the problem at all.  They clearly aimed to sidestep the problem, not take the complaint seriously, and add insult to the environment by wasting paper and sending mostly blank papers.  This is an example of the outrage that I think most of the country has started to catch on to and recognize the student loan industry to be.
Regards,

I had my loan through Sallie Mae and it was transferred to Navient. Navient is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, everytime I call it is at least 30 minutes if not more. I always try to submit my payments online, but their web site doesn't work half of the time. I will never use this terrible company for anything again in my life!

Until I receive this official document that they said they sent the matter remains open. Also, until they update their online system to make a section regarding making extra payments, this is an ongoing issue.  I've contacted NUMEROUS other student loan providers and nobody else has these ridiculous rules that make absolutely no sense. Stop hiding and protecting information from the public!

This issue was not resolved because they are referencing something that happened back in November. My issue with them is them giving me the wrong course of action to take and I followed it and they intern still went forward and reported me to the credit bureau for being 90 days late, when they told me to make a payment by a certain date and a certain amount which is what I did and they stated that in doing so it would not be reported 90 days late.  what it comes down to, is had they given me the correct information in March, the correct amount to pay, I would've paid that amount, and this would've never happened. But I followed the direction of their customer representative, who clearly gave me the wrong information and put me in this situation. So this issue was not resolved.

Navient had contacted me. They have a copy of the recorded conversation with the co-signer requesting my phone number. I also explained to them that while facing financial difficulties and getting the lower payment of $52.00 a month it was not explained that this would interfere with the co-signer being released. They now say that they had the right to release my phone number to the co-signer ... "it states that in the note". If they are releasing my phone number to a co-signer who was not given my phone number by myself..... who else are they releasing my information to without my knowledge. As far as the release of the co-signer they are saying a NUMBER of payments were late and therefore they would not release her. I am disabled, I live on a fixed monthly income. I am eager to get this loan paid as it has been in status since 2006. The co-signer has not ever had to make any payments on this loan. I explained to Navient that I was receiving Social Services in January of 2015 and received $52.04 bi-weekly. I had offered up written proof that I faced this financial difficulty in the months before I missed my payment in January and this was refused by Navient. It all comes down to another Student Loan Company trying to get more money from students. I have told many people of this Companies practices and so called policies. I have even sent a letter to the White House informing them of this situation. I have contacted a lawyer, (Legal Aid, since I am receiving Social Security Disability ) and hope that they can pursue the legal side of the complaint of releasing personal information without my approval. I am in hopes that this issue can be resolved in a timely matter and hope that my message to others looking to borrow from Sallie Mae/ Navient reaches many others. Someone needs to put a halt to these companies stating they care about the individual and the education they seek and then robbing them after they complete their education. I thank you for your time and attention to this matter.                                    ... Respectfully,

They have NEVER resolved this complaint.  They have no accountability in their payment system, and the payment amounts change almost daily.  This is not feasible as the consumer to allow me to budget properly, or even to trust when I schedule a payment IN FULL that it will post IN FULL.  When I pay MORE then the MINIMUM DUE, how then pray-tell can I be LATE on a payment?  No, this company has not given a satisfactory response, they have not re-credited my account the falsely charged interest/fees, and they have not resolved this payment issue.  I have no idea what to expect from one month to the next as far as payment amount because they have some convoluted system and the WORST customer service in the history of student loan companies.  They even had the audacity to email me that their customer service rep answered my questions when she DID NOT EVEN HELP ME.  She blew me off and said "well, we don't report until you're 90 days late so what are you upset about?"  What am I upset about????  I paid $60 MORE THAN WAS DUE, and yet they called my payment late because they changed the amount after the fact and DID NOT NOTIFY ME.  What is going on with Navient??????

A customer advocate called me.   After an hour of him saying bear with me I will try to figure this out, I told him to figure it out and get back to me.  He could not figure out when the repayment plan changed yet insisted they informed me of the changes.  I could not figure it out from the online site and there was no email from them about the changes.  He still insists they informed us via the statements in our correspondence online.  The online correspondence which is buried under multiple screens (not easily accessible) show the statement came out a month after the changes, not before.  I truly believe this company is deliberately trying to sabotage its student borrowers so they can never get out from under this debt.  The statements are confusing about what's due as rather than show the extra payments put on the principal they call it paying ahead so on one page one amount is due and when you click on the loan and go to the next page a different amount is due.  The history shows principal and interest has been paid each month so how can the payment be late?
