Just a quick update to inform you that I have attempted to contact
Navient representative, [redacted], 4 times after having received his
correspondance via mail that was dated June 16th. He has called me back but we
have been unable to connect as of yet. I was interested in updating my complaint file with this
information but was unable to execute this message online to add to my file.Please make a note for this case. Thank you!
