There was a representative that called from Navient. He basically had an excuse for every fact that I pointed out to him. I had talked to 3 different people, each of them telling me something different. I feel this company is obviously doing things wrong considering the 2000+ complaints they have received. They sgould be ashamed of the type of service they have.

I have not received a letter from Navient and they have once again tried to charge my old account.

Awful customer service! They are very rude on the phone and not helpful and the women even mocked me! They are outrageous!! They also transfer you all around when you call and make you give information again and again.

Every single month I pay my bill from my second pay check of the month as my payment is due the 7th of the following month. For example, in February I submitted a payment on 2/26/2016 - the company kept my payment status in pending until yesterday 4/7/2016(my payment due date) therefore causing me to have to keep track of the money manually in order to make sure the payment is paid before anything else. Nearly two weeks pending?? that's setting the average person up for failure and potential late fees. I NEVER had issues with Sallie Mae when my loan was through them. Navient has been nothing but a hassle since day one.

Hi,
I am not sure what it was that I accepted. Has this issue been resolved? I am currently still receiving mail from the fraud account as well as incorrect information on my current student loan repayment agreement. The name and date of birth and SSN is incorrect. This is not ok and I really hope that the Revdex.com can help me resolve this asap. Thank you.

Problem:
I have been paying my student loan to this company since October of 2013 and I have not received a statement from this company yet. I made a complaint back in August of this year and Navient called me and they still have not sent me a statement. They are receiving a monthly payment from me, however they want me to go online to view my account. I feel like I am forced to go online and that is not what I want to do. I want to receive a statement so I can see what my remaining balance is with my loan. Currently right now I don't know my balance because I never receive a statement. Please help with this issue the last claim I submitted the ID number is [redacted] please help me get on top of this with this company. Navient is wrong and they feel like I am suppose to call the United States Postal Services to track my statements that is not the way it works. Navient told me that my statements are mailed out on the 13th of every month to me that sounds crazy because my payment is due on the 12th of the month. Please help me.

They didn't tell me anything new. They said my forbearance period has all been used up and there's no other option for me. If this is the case, then can I be released from this loan? My mother is a single mother with three children who are not working. One is doing her PHD in UK, and the other has two children in Maryland, and I am here in New York doing an internship. Life does not deal us all the same cards and we are managing with what we have. I do not want this loan to default, so I am asking for your help please. For my FAFSA, they have completely postponed it until I get a job. I can provide proof that I am interning-with no pay, as well as looking for jobs. What am I supposed to do in this situation? I don't want my credit to be affected, the forbearance period is up so they say they can't do anything. What are my options? Am I going to be left alone in this? Please help.
