First of all apologies for delayed response, somehow we assumed/over-sighted that we had responded to this complaint.
To start with, we Risezone Solutions are independent service provider and has no affiliation...
with any third party brand and any of their product or service offerings. The service we are offering is also available with the brand owner's office website. This same is displayed right in middle of all of the pages on our web site www.risezone.com. In all our telephonic conversation with customers we make sure that we inform the customer that we are an independent service provider, but it looks like there is some misunderstanding here.
Still if any customer is not satisfied with our services we try to resolve the concern with options for refund. We have links to our refund policy page(http://www.risezone.com/refund-policy/) on all the page footer on our website.
A part of it: In case the client is not satisfied with the service and hasn’t received a successful resolution for a single issue concerning his PC within a month; a full refund with no questions asked is to be made.
Now moving complaint No: [redacted], there is a lot of misunderstanding with the customer and we are trying to mitigate the concerns but for that we need to communicate with the customer and customer doesn't want to listen anything.
First thing we have initiated the refund as customer is not satisfied with service. A copy of same is attached along with.
Second, We helped the customer with following
1. Computer infected with Adware and Malware infections, which were removed and cleaned.
2. Many unwanted programs were installed in computer, which could have been source of adware or malware infections. These programs were removed and the Computer Cleaned out.
3. The junk files and the temporary internet files were removed.
4. The browser were optimized and checked for any unwanted junk extensions/applications attached to the browser.
5. The Computer was cleaned and scanned for any broken registry which was fixed.
6. The Computer was scanned for any malware or adware. And also for any virus infections/Trojans on the Computer. All the infections were removed.
7. [redacted] Software was not working properly and we re-installed it.
There was no factory reset performed by our technicians so there was no chance of losing any data from the machines. At that time all the machines were working good after the clean up and antivirus install and customer also responded positive on online customer survey. Same is attached along with
Later on when customer faced another issue, customer did not contact us but got service from office deport. If a customer got a factory reset from [redacted] or any other third party, we cannot help in recovery of files there. This is beyond our scope.
We generally advertise our services online on different websites from where customers finds our toll free no and then calls us, there is no way a customer calling [redacted] or any other company can get directed to us.

Since this is old version the disc is not being provided but only a licence key comes in the box and once activated, the software can be downloaded. [redacted]Product Featuresthis is the old 2010 version of the software, [redacted] requires a phone call to [redacted]) to complete an automated telephone activation. So, customer should choose Telephone Activation rather than Internet activation. This will install and activate the software.[redacted]If for any reason there is any issue with this licence key, we should be able to [redacted].com and either get it fixed or get it replaced. Since you have the original box and papers for this new MS [redacted] you can also call the 800 no of the seller on the receipt that came with the box.We have been trying to reach out to you and also emailed you the same. I am rejecting this response because: Risezone needs to be honest about who they are when they answer the phone, that is not complex. Risezone sent me a popup posing as my security company [redacted] saying security was compromised and [redacted] needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled. When I called the "[redacted]" number provided a man answered "tech support", when I asked what company I reached he said "[redacted]". That is the only reason I did business with them. They took remote control, ran a scan and said I had a Trojan horse. Then got passwords and credit card information and $299 to fix all three computers, telling me to take nap while they fixed all three at the same time. They didn't work on them at all. I was getting suspicious and called someone else with access to the net. Told them to look up the name Risezone which was on the payment site. I was horrified when they told me about reviews saying they posed as other security companies to get access to information and then proceed to destroy the computers. I don't pretend to know why they do it. I cancelled my card during the four hours they had my computers tied up but they still got the money. Three hours later they said I had to complete their survey and kept changing my bad reviews because they still had remote control. He said couldn't let me off the phone with a bad review, told him I didn't care at that point just wanted off the phone. He then gave himself a great review. The next day I called the police since I didn't know what else to do and a deputy came over. He went through the computers with me seeing all the damage. He had seen this kind of scam before and told me how they did it. They dumped thousands of photos, documents, 3300 songs in [redacted], put administrative locks on all three computers and wiped out update histories. I'm lucky I had a kind deputy take my complaint as he assisted in fixing the mess that was made. It took months of work and a factory reset on one computer since all update information had been wiped out and administrative locks placed. The other two computers should have factory resets as well. He was there when I called Risezone trying to get my money back, he could hear them yelling at me from across the room. They do not give all your money back no questions asked. You have to fight for it. I filed complaints with the police, the FTC, the Revdex.com and the real [redacted]. I had to change every password that I had, that takes a long time. There is also the concern that they cloned the computers for later perusal. The real [redacted] said there was never anything wrong at their end. They ran scans, there was never a Trojan horse, [redacted] hadn't been uninstalled and reinstalled, there was never any problems. At my end, there were no problems at all with my computers until Risezone sent their bogus message to get me to call them. After this happened I called them three different times to see if they would answer with their real name. Same guy answered saying tech support, when pushed he said I called [redacted]. If they had said who they really were they would have never got anything from me. I now don't trust these computers and feel completely violated. Risezone owes me for 2 laptops and a pc in addition to the $299 they took originally. I also wasted money, time and travel trying to get everything back to normal. This can never be resolved since they lied to get control of my computer, sensitive information and money.
