I had some issues regarding the set up of some e-mail accounts, and I found RizeZone to be most helpful. The technician also installed a current version of Norton for me. He was most kind and courteous.

Hello [redacted],On 04/09/2016 we have electronically refunded one transaction on $140(online transaction receipt is attached along with) and on the same day we mailed the check for the second payment on $199.99 as the original transaction was more than 90 days old.It looks like this check by mail took longer than expected and customer responded on 04/18 that he has not received it yet. But as of today the check has been deposited by customer in his bank and our bank has cleared it. A copy of check clearance at bank is also attached.I appologize for the inconvenience caused and misunderstanding with the whole service process. We are trying our best in helping customer understanding our services and avoiding misunderstanding.Regards,Risezone Solutions
