Complaint:[redacted]
We cannot refund any payment made to other companies or
vendor.  
But in good faith once the current  antivirus has expired, we can ship out
another one year anti-virus license subscription to customer. Customer can use
it as per their discretion. But we need confirmation from customer to initiate
this. And customer need to contact us once their current license is expiring,
so we can ship out the new license software.

I am rejecting this response because:
On March 1, 2015 I received the following email from the business:
"As per the
telephonic conversation with our Floor supervisor [redacted] on Jan 26 2015, we
had already installed the genuine version of [redacted] 7 Home Premium
which you got with your computer as an preinstalled Operating System. Even
though you had [redacted] too preloaded but as it is required to
reinstall it again, we needed the product key which you got from 
[redacted] but as that was not available with you, So, we installed a pre
activated version of [redacted] 2010 from our side as per your request.
We installed [redacted] security in your computer as an antivirus protection and
then onwards your computer was secured and protected. As per the records and
the case status, all your issues were completely fixed and your computer was
working fine. Apart from this, you requested for the refund on your charge USD
$ 99.99 which we already initiated through physical check sent to your billing
address."I have repeatedly expressed to the technical support staff working on my computer that before [redacted] was incorrectly installed by the business, I had a licensed version of [redacted] 2010. Due to the incorrect initial installation of [redacted], my MS operating system and licensed [redacted] 2010 was removed by their support staff. I have repeatedly requested the business to restore my computer to the state and function that is was before technical support staff began working on my computer. They were only charged with installing [redacted], not uninstalling/removing anything else.There is still a pending issue that needs to be resolved. The business has installed an unlicensed copy of [redacted] 2010 on my computer. I am requesting that the business install a licensed [redacted] 2010 on my computer. I am asking for no more than what I initially paid for (licensed [redacted] 2010) when I purchased my computer."We have been working with the client but under-estimated the issues on
the machine, what we thought of it having a simple antivirus software
installation issue but it turned out to be virus infected machine, we could do
anything on it without formatting the computer and starting fresh. 
Due to mis-communication with the customer we ended up installing a wrong
version of software on the computer, so we have to remove it all together and
reinstall the right version of windows. Since most of the original sellers
don’t provide software DVD’s with the computer now, we have to download and
mail the dvd’s to customer. 
We tried installing the [redacted] 2010 but customer could not provide
her installation code keys. We can only install software for which the customer
has a valid license key.  So without valid license key we can only deploy
the trial version of [redacted] 2010. If client can provide us with
original license key, we should be able to update her software registration.
As of Jan 26, 2015 the costumer machine has been installed with right version
of MS [redacted] and [redacted] security. A trial version of [redacted] 2010 has
also been installed and for all the inconvenience cause we have informed the
client that we are going to refund her full amount charged but since the
transaction is old, we can refund it back to her credit card, we have to send a
paper check by mail for which we are waiting for confirmation from customer."As stated above in response to the Revdex.com, the business has not taken responsibility for the mistakes of their technical support staff, nor have they corrected all the problems they created with my computer. In both quoted statements above the business states that they have (1) installed a pre-activated version of [redacted] 2010, and  (2) a trial version of [redacted] 2010 was installed.  The information is inconsistent, but it proves that there is still a pending issue. I am requesting that the business install a licensed [redacted] 2010 on my computer. I am asking for no more than what I initially paid for (licensed [redacted] 2010) when I purchased my computer.
