For the services, we have given him the support for Six months as in any case if he faces any issues, he can contact us any number of time for any further issues but he didn't approaches us back. We never come to know whether he contacted to [redacted] as he mentioned and paid there. We can surely help him  by refunding the amount if the dispute can be cancelled from his bank, once it is cleared we can release the charge from our side. On 7th Oct 2014, we have successfully fixed issues on  customer machine and had a one year service contract to provide unlimited support from that day. Somehow customer have some misunderstanding about one year...

customer support from Risezone Solutions. That service ended in Oct 2015.
We have attached the sale receipt and service details document along with where we can see the service description as “Annual Technical Support For 1 Pc”.
