The employee (Tammy M***) is not reliable, doesn't respond to written and recorded requests for service regarding my financial portfolio in a timely mannerI find this company confusing to interact with and feel that they dodge my repeated requests to close my and wife's "savings loans" which we no longer wantThe above mentioned employee did not even respond to my wife's written request to seek guidance on closing the loan and estimated time of the return of our fundsI try to call her and she doesn't answer or I'll get an email response that doesn't answer my initial question but only sets up an excuse and estimated time she might be available by telephoneI find this extremely irritating and concerning since I've entrusted this company and this person with my financial informationAs if this date- Nov I've yet to have my issues resolved with this company nor do I have answers about the money I've entrusted to "Refresh Financial." Also, it took months to recieve the $

Is this even a real company? I have now paid months worth of this Credit Rebuild program and I have yet to see any value from itI still haven't even benefited from the credit monitoring subscription (which I'm paying for) after several failed attempts to simply get them to mail me the password
I honestly thought at the cost of $per month to fix my credit it was a good deal, but Refresh Financial Inchas done nothing to actual provide any valueIt should have been simple, I pay them money and they post it as a payment historyBut they don't even show up on *** (which they don't mention during sign-up)
I've just sent them an email to cancel my subscription but after reading all these negative reviews, I'm really not looking forward to the headache

Refresh financial,is ***,takes your money and do nothing for you,people like me who desperate try to fix our credit we come to this financial companies,and all they do is take our money,I paid them for over a year the amount of $1,Canadian dollars ,after a year I call and send email the I cancel because they didn't do anything for me in that year,they agreed to cancel but still want me to pay the amount of $ 2,dls when I refuse to continue paying for service the I didn't recive, they send a negative report to my credit,we have to stop that, I don't mind to pay for a service the I receive ,but they took my money and no service got done , my credit still bad and I'm $1,poor the what I was and they say the I still have to pay the rest,

I was not explained in full detail my contractI was not told how much I had to pay for the loan in total, only what I was to pay a monthI was told that in months I would see significant change in my credit, in which I did notWhen I phoned to discuss my issues, they did not re explain anything to me, or help me with my problems, even when I sent repeated emails

In *** of this year, I was searching for a small loan In my search and applications I received a call from refresh finacial saying they could give me that loan and repair my credit at the same timeI was then informed that I will not receive any amount of money from these people for years and that I would be paying upwards of 4700$ with the promise of 1700$ back after the *** yearsI kept advising the man on the phone that this was not what I wanted or needed I needed a loan immediately, not in years I was then put through to someone else who *** would not stop insisting that I take this loan I did not agree and did not sign any documents However, a payment was taken out of my bank account and when I emailed them and said I did not approve this and wanted it cancelled, I was asked for 500$ to get out of it as I obviously did not have 500$ I then spoke to a different person at *** who was further pushy and said he could decrease the paymen

This company offers loans to people they say they rebuild peoples creditI understand the set up fees but they say there is a interest rate I understood that was interest on my money I put in but they are saying its there moneyI went to close my account today understand the $*** set fee and I put $*** into the loan and they are still saying I owe them *** more

Tried to cancel, was told we would have to pay $*** (for each me and my ***) or be sent to collectionsWeren't upfront about any cancelation costsPressured us into singing right then and thereWanted all paperwork emailed back to them while they were still on the phone with usNothing had been sent to the *** to help improve our credit scoreWhen we called, it took multiple days to get a call backWas threatened with them hurting our credit score if we didn't pay then money right away

*** DOESNT REPORT TO EITHER BUREAU AS PROMISED AND STATEDWORKERS COMTINJE TO APOLOGIZE AND MAKE MORE PROMISES AND EVERY MONTH IT STILL DOESNT REPORTOVER A YEAR LATERMY ACCOUNT IS 50$ OVERPAID SO I AM CANCELLING THE CARD AFTER A YEAR OF *** PROMISES ADVERTISING AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM THAT HAS NO IDEA THE FIRST THING ABOUT FINANCE OR COMMUNICATIONI WILL GET MY 250$ BACK AND I THINK ILL REQUEST MY MONTHLY FEE BACK TOO AS THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON THEIR ADVERTISED AND REPEATED PROMISESDONT DONT DONT BOTHERAny money I have paid in interest I'm reqesting back as well as All monthly fees and my 200$ deposit as well as the 50$ I overpaid the account putting it to -49$ meaning 250$ available dollarsAlso I may seek other compensation as a result of their advertising my credit HASNT gone up as promised as they DONT report to EITHER bureauIt's a ***to take money from unsuspecting clientsITS ALL A ***

I have had a great customer service experience from day I also decided to start making payments early and the customer service representative (Andrew) contacted me to verify that this is what I wanted to doNo company has ever done this for me and I am pleased that he went above and beyond to do this! I have nothing negative to say at allThey are there for their purposeTo fix your credit

This company makes it seem like they will hold your money for you for three years and report to your credit bureau and after give you a loan for a lower rate
However they actually charge you percent to hold your money for you plus an admin fee
I paid over months
After cancelling I got back dollars
So basically they took dollars for holding my money and didn't even report to the bureau!
So I paid them for nothing at all!
I can't believe they can get away with this!!!
They say it In such a way it sounds great then they give you a bunch of paperwork to confuse you

After the first payment Made by email money transfer on *** 24th I requested to stop, in which they continued to tell me I owed them money for a loanI keep telling them it was a savings and they insisted that they went out of their way to get me a loan *** the manger extention *** contained to tell me I have to pay and told me I've never paid but I have records of the payment made in ***This company continues to put a bad debt loan on my credit and wants to take my money for a loan that was never given to me and I am being told after they take my money they will give me a loanToday I was told if I requested to stop they would of been happy to but that never happens and I was al

The experience was great due to the professionalism and friendliness in which it was handledThe account manager was extremely was upfront with all the information and made sure I was confident of the service would be provided

I signed up for a service which I was told would rebuild my credit immedietly after the first payment...I made payments and watched my equifax credit score...nothing changed on my score so I stopped payments.....I was given information when I signed up..now they are requesting $*** to cancell my account
Bottom line was I was lied to and told information...and recirving *** phone calls from this company more than times a day

They haven't been answering phones in months , it will just end the call , if u call any of there contact numbers , I have payments that they take that is for building my credit An soon the payments should stop but I can't get a hold of anyone to do make sure they do , they still are available to take money from me but they can't answer calls starting to look like a fake company to me In few months they have to pay me back part of what I paid into it , I been calling for months every day trying to contact them

I've been a customer of Refresh Financial since ***My first payment was made on ***My motivation for enrolling in their savings loan program was to assist with rebuilding my credit as this is what they promote their program to doTheir loan documents claim that they report loan payments to the credit bureaus on a monthly basisTo my surprise upon checking my credit reports, my loan payments and loan balance has not been updated/reported since ***Therefore, not helping to improve my credit in any wayI make two (2) payments of $*** per monthI have never been late or have missed a paymentI have contact their Customer Care department on numerous occasions only to be told that they are still working on the issueThis is totally unacceptable and I will not continue to pay for a service that I'm not receiving

I have been a client with Refresh for almost 3yearsI have a loan intended to improve my creditUp to this point, customer service was excellent and I had no complaintsYou can withdrawal funds from your loan and I decided to do so mid November of this year to get funds for ChristmasThe agent talked me into waiting until December 1st to process it to access an extra $He said he would process the withdrawal and there would be no need to call backWhen I checked on Dec 5th, it had not been processedI spoke to another agent who processed it at that time and I said I would receive the funds in 7-business daysIt did not arriveI called today, December 20th, and was told it will be a further 5-business days which will mean the money will of arrive after ChristmasI made arrangements in time and was guaranteed if I waited until Dec 1st that the money woukd be inRefresh Financial did not follow through on processing my withdrawal Dec1st and further never notified me of

I called to cancel and they tell me that I was paying for loan but wasn't getting any money and still want me to pay for what they call paper work
