Refresh is charging me a fee every other week for a service I do not need and was not explained to me that I had a contract for months
Had a loan with *** on ***, staff introduced Refresh to rebuild credit rating and at the same time I was going to get back $as a savingI was told I could cancel any timeReceived many calls to cell phone and home phone but never left message, when trying to call them back I was put on hold for a long time and was not able to talk to any body, I wanted to cancel the contract after reading it was for a loan that I did not have with them and it was not worth it for what I had to pay every other week
Went back to *** to cancel loan but I was told Refresh is another company and I have to pay $as a cancellation feeI already paid $
*** was not transparent for not giving me the right information, I have a contract for months which I did not agree to, I was not informed the payments were

I was first contacted about a loan to help my credit in ***
About going over all the info I needed to sign up and get started, we rushed to sign papers via email while we were still on the phoneI signed up with ***He had told me that I had until the *** to cancel, because the first instalment would be deducted from my bank account the ***
I tried to contact them from the ***, as I had set a reminder to contact themI was not getting through to any of the numbers I had used back in ***I tried texting the numbers I got texts from and I also sent emails
When I finally got in touch with someone from the company, they put me through to "*** ***" as the woman I spoke to told me that they don't deal with he cancelations
I then got in touch with "***" from *** drivesI asked him if I could postpone the account and he said that the time I wanted was too farI had no choice as I'm no longer working

I had a Fair rating , just below a goodAfter the I paid off the program,a computer error on their side months later, reported to the only important credit reporting agency ( *** ) that I was in default, lost points on my credit reportafter contacting them they did remove it and went back upforward a few months later, turned down for a loan, and almost my mortgagefound out they had me back on *** as owing they blame ***, for not updating records, but don't explain why was put on as delinquent to start with

I have been dealing with this issue since***, where an error was reported on both *** and *** in regards to missed paymentsRefresh did not hold up their end of the bargain, delaying reporting to *** for over a year and when they eventually did report, they reported late payments! Up to that point I was regularly checking my credit reports on a monthly basis, so as not miss any errors, and to make sure I was on track to hit my score goalI was severely stressed as I just started a business after a great deal of reluctance and I rely on my credit score for contracting and business loans to pay for necessitiesThis was a huge blowNow after months of going back and forth they have updated *** but not ***, which majority of my creditors and loan providers useCurrently my business is stuck in limbo until the erros are removed from my *** report

I was paying into refresh financial for a loan which i've made successful payments and my loan only dropped not even bucks, the payments il've made were
I'm really concerned I've been trying to call but only left with a voice mail, I've made emails attempts but no response
This is a clear sign of suspicious dubious sign of a ***I work hard for my money and I've completely lost all respect for this company
I went throught easy financial in which I was brought to refresh financialSTAY AWAY from refresh financial

I started to sign up for thier loan program
before everything was completed my phone disconnected
I had no given my banking information yet at this time
later that day I rev=cived and text saying they "found" my banking information and everything was good to go
the next day I lost myjob and I tried contacting them to cancel this I finally got a responce about ** days laterthey reply was I can not cancel this program
ive recived nothing, no products, no loans, no help or service of any kind they keep trying to take money from my account and my account is empty asim not working right now

I would like to thank Refresh Financial for allowing me to rebuild my credit, they truly have made a difference in my life, after successfully going through a credit rebuilding loan, I was able to use my built up equity to purchase a newer vehicle and I have since been approved through a financial institution for a loan The staff at Refresh Financial have helped me from start to finish in this process and they have gone above and beyond to make it easy for me I would highly recommend Refresh Financial to anyone who is wanting to rebuild their credit

I requested a loan via ***, my information was then subsequently transferred to Refresh Financial without my authorisation *** The person *** from refresh financial was unwilling to correct the situation after many weeks of explaining the issue and instead he tried to convince me that it was my fault They are now listed a unauthorized loan that was never approved by myself and that I never received even after

I want to take the program for the loan at a further time I canI was also told I can cancel at any time

Refresh Financial had been exceptionally good to me! I've just been out on medical leave and they have accomodated me with my payments without hesitation!! I was in a really bad spot with my credit and they have helped me to try and correct it!! Bravo#!

I signed on with Refresh Financial/Canada drives with the intent of building my credit againI asked the Refresh agent to give me time to read the contract, he said I don't need to worry, he will explain everything in the contract to me because I wouldn't understand itI called in to cancel the contract within the month of *** that I signed upThe agent told me I have to pay $600, I asked why they said "it cost them to open the account for meI have never used the service, they wont let me cancel within a month without paying the $They keep trying to take money from my account and giving me NSf and stressing my life outI need peace of mindI told them to investigate the call on that da, they did not agree

I have start this program in may to credit rebuilding but referesh financial has report to *** and *** company to monthly loan payment h has promise to report every month pay to program fees just waste of my money please do stick action us

In my experienced I can say that the company is good in terms of providing help to peopleBut those agents who handle the in coming clients to be, are so eager that they didn't explain in a much understandable way the contract that they send thru e mail of those who make a inquiry if they can get a cash loan ( like me) this is the time after they turn you down for a cash loan, they will e mail you that savings loan contract that supposed to be is illegal for privacy invasion

Do not waste your time with this horrible companyThey enjoy preying on the desperate and honestly I wish I knew better a year agoI was signed up with their credit building program which at first I thought was a great ideaHow wrong I wasFor every other week they would put that towards a "loan" which I would after awhile "see the savings come back into my account"That is a lie, because I paid for almost a full year and still wasn't even out of the "administration fee" yet to even see the savingsWhat is worse is now my credit is more poor than when I initially started because I have now cancelled and they have an open claim against me for $Let me also be clear this was after I paid out of the rest of my administration fee with them to cancel for I even asked them "Is this all I owe to get out of this credit program?" the woman on the other line told me "yes"How is this legal? I called them today and they said they will "look into the situation and get back to me by next week"That is just an unacceptable answerMy credit has dropped by over points because of them and this open claim Do not sign up with this company take this is from someone who has to now bite the bullet and build their credit again themselves because of this sham of a company I was planning on buying a home this year, but because of them and where my credit now stands I will be lucky if the bank even wants to meet with me

I seen an ad for car loans *** if you had bad credit or no credit they would approve you no matter what then when you apply they send you to this farce of a place to rebuild your creditIt's all lies please don't get fooled *** *** I paid like the fool I was for months then seen reviews of this company and canceled my loan through them and got very little of my money back with no credit improvement..***Try to build your credit I must have well threw money out the window...please people have nothing to do with this company

we signed up with Refresh Financial a couple years ago this was to help build our credit up as we went into bankruptcy years ago, this has help build the rating up enough to purchase a house , we had the money before through an inheritance but our credit rating was not good enough , both my husband and I were working but that was not enough this year we bought a house , and I got a dodge van , I needed the vehicle to keep working , I do not think it was a mistake to buy the van ,but with that payment and getting it ready for the winter - Tires and the extra for the house for winter made us short on money when my husband was not working with the contractor - he still has a job but only 1-weeks a month for the winter , we had to cancel the refresh payments , I wish we did not have to but with the extra we were paying for this made a big difference in our household budget
in the long run the Refresh Program was the best for us and We have told several people
and really believed this has helped us

I was signed up for this service by easy financial and cancelled the service almost immediatelyAt no time was I told there was a balance owing only to find out from my banking that I have it on my credit bureau that I owe *** something to refresh financial.I have email documentation that this was cancelled and at no time did I ever receive notice that I was being taken to collections over thisthis company claims to help you rebuild your credit but all they want is your money and when you try to cancel you get the run around and are told to call them (which I have done numerous times as well as email)

This company has been nothing but fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to help me. This program has given me the relief and peace of mind I need. I would certainly go back to them and give them names of people who could use this.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to better there credit score. I have had amazing results with mine. Thanks Refresh.
