[redacted] They say your applying for a loan there isn't any loan all your doing is giving them money and they will give you a tablet this doesn't work at all. At the end of your so called term you can get a loan. Not from them and your money you give them goes to them not for a service. [redacted] my credit shows I have a loan. I don't have a loan with them I was just [redacted]. Don't trust them.

I have watched my credit score jump since being with refresh and I have already recommended it to friends and family.

I had not heard of a company doing such a thing before someone suggested it to me and it made sense. I am not very good at saving money and refresh financial helped me. I have dealt with them for years now and never had a problem the customer service is excellent and fast. I even had to withdraw some of my money before the term was up and it was very easy just an email or phone call and it was direct deposited the next week. Great experience. Plan on using them again.

[redacted] I closed my account and withdrew money.I never refer to anyone.for example if we pay around 1700 dollars for ten years they will pay back only 1000.If you cancel it before,then also they will take their money 500-600 dollars approx.[redacted]

The communication this company provides its clients is poor at best, deceptive at worst.
I had been led to believe I had been applying for a loan, when in reality it was a secured savings loan. Basically, if they had explained it properly in the first place would be "We take $6500 of your money over time, plus a $400 setup fee (Which they never told me existed), and we give you back $5000 some day." What I really needed was "Here is $5000, please pay us back $6500 over time..." I was also led to believe in order to cancel the arrangement that it would have to be paid off in full, but thankfully I found the one good communicator at the company one day, and she told me "No, we can totally just give you your money back, and cancel this in good standing..." Good thing I never have to deal with Refresh Financial again.

I have been with refresh for about 3 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. First being Tami, I'm not exactly sure which department she works in, but she is absolutely fantastic. She is constantly checking in with me to be sure everything is okay. We did have an issue with transunion releasing my credit report but that had nothing to do with the refresh end. Since the issue has been fixed shes checked in to be sure everything on my credit report makes sense and looks how it should. She is such a kind and caring hearted individual who actually cares about helping to better your life. Secondly, since I have signed up and started paying, my credit score has already improved by 40+ points. I made some poor credit choices when I turned 18 and have always had this lingering thought of how am I ever going to better my score. Since being with refresh I have realized that I took the right step towards bettering my future. I haven't always been the best with saving money but that's why having refresh has made it that much easier and it's not a huge chunk of my pay checking going to them which is very stress free on myself. By the time my term ends I will have a better credit score and savings in my pocket, it really doesn't get better than that. I am very thankful for all the help from every employee I've dealt with, with refresh.

I want to thank Refresh for everything they have done for me, they have helped me to understand the importance of credit and how its built. Before Refresh I had no idea what credit was, I constantly relied on payday loans to get by because my credit was too poor to obtain cash loans. At first I was skeptical because I wasn't getting funds upfront and had to make payments when I really needed the money. I've been in the program a year now and have noticed my credit has improved drastically! I have been able to receive cash loans and am now aiming towards buying a home. I plan on staying for the rest of the term to improve my credit as much as possible. I have recommended this program to friends and family who are now building their credit as well!
