When I spoke to Andre *** he was very detailed and knowledgable about the product/serviceI needed to mend my credit as something in my past had affected my ratingIt hasn't even been a year yet, possibly 6-months only, and I have gone up over points on my TransUnion scoreThat was only the tip of the iceberg as recently I was able to get a consolidation loan from my bank and a few other things from my bank that allow me to move forward and make things easier for meTalk about second chances!

I was contacted by phone from this company who claimed to be a secured saving account with the purpose of rebuilding credit times faster then any other company could offerI was told told I was going to make payments to a SAVINGS ACCOUNT not a loanafter making payment of dollars each and clearly showing on my statementment that the term was to cover

After reviewing the contract I had signed and talking at length with a member from Refresh I decided it would be best to continue business with Refresh financialThe response to my concerns was prompt and concise and explained far better then what was originally explained to me buy a third party companyAs for Refresh Financial reporting to the credit bureau, they actually do as when I check my credit score through my online banking and phone app, I can see every time I have made a payment and it does show positive effects for my credit scoreI hope this does help anyone who might have any concerns regarding Refresh, I can say this on a positive note that their responsiveness was helpful to me and I can respect that
