The advertising claims “double the speed, not the price”we did double the speed on our streaming, premium, and ultra plans without doubling the priceAdditionally, for our non-subscriber advertising the phrase holds true, as we doubled the speeds, but did not double the introductory rate, as it stayed the same at $35/month for our streaming Internet

Because the ped was under the neighbor's property, we attempted to work with them to get the drop buriedUnfortunately the neighbor did not cooperated and even damaged the temporary drop we put in place, which cut off her serviceThe local manager went out to try and work things out between the customer and neighbor to get the cable buried but was not able to do soThe customer disconnected and we have setup to refund the full amount

After researching the customer's concerns, it was determine that the initial sell of the High Speed package with a GB Data Plan was disclosed and signed by customer with work orderThe customer exceeded this limit several times since their installMultiple pop up notices were shown when accessing the Internet...the customer would have to check out of themThis information included moving them to the higher package if the behavior continuedA final notice was mailedIf the customer can manage their usage at the lower level for a period of time, they can downgrade back to that level

Cable One apologizes for the timing of this issueThe Same day the customer returned the equipment, a bill with the balance before return was sentNow the account shows a credit of $The customer doesn't owe anything

Cable ONE policy is when a technician is requested to add a new device, the Technician needs to be able to reach both power and television connectionsUnfortunately, Cable ONE was unable to reach the cable outlet or the power outletThe Technician did detect a problem inside the home that out need to be repaired before all outlets will work correctlyCable ONE informed the customer of this and will call the customer again to explain our policy and what need to be done to get this fixedThank You

Typically it is difficult to determine if the equipment is ours, or has been tampered with, if the stickers are removed. The Serial Number and MAC Address are unique to each box. In situations like this, the local office often has charged for the equipment. In the Contract Agreement signed after... installs, you agreed to return our equipment in good condition. If not, then the customer is liable for it.

The local office has only called while I was at work. They have not left a door card or sent a letter with intent of a resolution, just another letter threatening that they are going to charge me more money.

Cable ONE Lead Technician explained to Mrs [redacted] the easement rights and our access compliant per the easement rightsCable ONE Lead Technician said Cable ONE will do their best to give notice prior to entering and also will put a sign on her fence to call Mrs [redacted] before entering the yard as well as put comments on the Cable ONE customers accounts in our billing with the same message that are serviced from the pedestal

no absolutely not, I do not except that resolutionYes, our service was eventually restored but we have been without service for days at a time several timesI expect a credit for the times that we were without both cable and Internet serviceWe pay over $a month for our cable and Internet service and I expect it to be at least somewhat reliableIt should be noted that none of these outages were due to weather related downtime nor were they for scheduled updates that cable one has recently undergone

Notices were sent to the customer on: Feb9th 2015, Mar9th 2015, May 8th and Oct8th We respect the customer's point of viewHowever, despite the notices, it is their responsibility to monitor their usageBased on this research we believe the fees are applicable

You know I have never had any results complaining to you and it seems that you are in favor of the companies- I NEVER received notification that cableone had responded so that I could respondFor the Record I AM NOT satisfied and once more a complaint has been brushed aside somehowCableone lost us a lot of money – we had to close our office for a whole day and then for weeks we barely had serviceAs they said the issue was fixed on the 27th!! So from Feb to the 27th we had hardly any service [redacted] ***###-###-####
