I do not accept this response-- I have had a problem with cable on since novi,ve called number in local phone book and have yet to get a call from local office i,ve tried to set up appointment when somebody would be here to no avail last saturday deca tech named richard came by and replaced wire to house we called on sundat dec and reported tileing still going on no response..called back on wednesday dec and reported tileing still affecting certain channels..it is now thursday dec at 1.40pm and no response..mark carney

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not know what “having technical issues with our third party” could possibly mean They were having problems with their third party responding or addressing my problems at all and that is my complaint I do not know what “as soon as we get a solution we will notify them” meansTheir customer service is to wait on their unresponsive third party before communicating with their customer which is absolutely no customer service at all As I stated, my issues were addressed after weeks and days which is unacceptable, especially for a business account I don’t see that anything has been accomplishedCableone just responds with a non-descript, non-intelligible, non-specific response meant to satisfy Revdex.comThe person writing that response is not aware of the details of the problemThis exemplifies Cableone’s complete failure in the customer service area Two weeks later, I experienced another problem and I was told how to resolve it myself I am, after weeks continuing to experience problems, but I have not contacted them again and that is another matterI work on it every day because I have no confidence in CableoneI am going to have to hire someone to correct Cableone’s problem it appearsWhere do we go from here? After reviewing the account, the customer was late every month from May to August, and finally disconnected for non payEvery month each customer knows that a payment is due, even if the statement is lost in the mailPer our reconnect guidelines, the customer will need to pay the full past due and fees to get reconnected
The accounts shows the customer as current, todayIf they should have any questions, please have them contact the local Customer Service Manager, Laureen N [redacted] , to work thing out
Our local office contacted the customer and resolved this issue

When I finally got a call from Cable One, I was told that they would send me copies of all my billsWhen I received the copies, I was still missing June's bill, the bill that was so outrageousWhen Julie L [redacted] called me, she said if I had any more problems to let her know directShe gave me her direct line phone numberWhen I tried to call the number it was a fax lineSo I tried to fax my complaint to the number and even that didn't work.I also noticed that on the work order for the installation of my cable/phone (which I asked for a copy when tech came, told me it would be mailed to me, never was) that my signature was forged.I have since sent another letter of complaint to them Certified/Return Receipt Requested and have heard nothing back from them yetI was lied to by MsL [redacted] regarding all my bills were sent to meAnd she gave me a bogus number to try to reach her atI am still extremely unhappy with all the lies, forgeries, and lack of ability to get me copies of my bills, let alone the over charges they auto-deducted from my bank accountNo explanation why this happenedThey are as crooked as a dog's hind leg
The company's collection department pulled this account from the list to be sent to the credit bureausIt will not be reported and we apologize for the inconvenience

We respect the customer view, however, by signing the contract, they agreed to this method of paymentIf the customer still doesn't agree, they can walk into the local office to speak with the General Manager about a possible refund
The local GM, [redacted] , will be contacted and should resrach his problem for a resolutionConsumer will be contacted by a local rep once complete
We understand the customer's position, however this policy is in place for the benefit of all customers and we cannot circumvent it
The local office spoke with the customer and reviewed the issueThe customer claims that their were not aware the promotion ending in three monthsA $credit was applied to the account as a courtesy
Check will be sent overnight Thursday the 17th
