I am rejecting this response because:
The management of Priceline.com is not being truthful. The picture that was used to entice me to use their "name your own price" feature has been changed. The picture I based my purchase upon showed the town of [redacted] and the immediate surrounding area. I am obviously unable to produce the original map that was posted, however, I am certain that Priceline has access to this map. The actual location of the property is marked with the red X in the attached map. Despite the mailing address of this property, it is not in [redacted]. It is several towns north of [redacted]. GPS identifies the location as [redacted].
I bid for a hotel. This was not a hotel. I have attached proof that this was a condo to my last response. This has not been addressed by the company. Regardless of the star rating, I did not bid for a condo. I did not want to stay in a condo. The reason for this was not breakfast. We did not even receive basic housekeeping services.
This was a simple bait and switch. It was false advertising. It is dishonest and in my understanding is illegal. I would appreciate a full refund as I was lied to and purchased a product that was advertised under false pretenses.

I am rejecting this response because:
This isn't going to get resolved to any satisfaction because Priceline has my money and are not willing to compromise except by making me pay all the exuberant extra fees when my flights could have been cancelled the very next day when I called regarding the error. I doubt they are even reading my response or even care to waste their time doing so. They will continue with their scripted letters and scripted phone conversations by their reps, claim no supervisor is available...and then it's 100% consumer's fault? I don't think so. I'm not the first consumer to complain and won't be the last. Thought I could get assistance from the Revdex.com, but doesn't seem to be happening. I sure hope one day the [redacted] can put a halt to their false advertisement, dishonesty, deceitful, and unethical practices.
If the [redacted] and those entities that should be there to help the consumers continue to sit passively allowing businesses like Priceline to continue in their unethical and deceitful ways, it is more than a slap in the face to the consumer, added to the loss they are already undergoing.
Unfortunately,most consumers would not think they need to record every step of their transaction for proof, I sure didn't and what I had still wasn't enough! But because Priceline has their so called confirmation after they have taken the consumer's (my) credit card info (or other payment), they succeed in retaining the consumer's funds and refuse to provide satisfactory resolution to complaints. I didn't need a full refund, but would of appreciated an appropriate compromise especially since I called the very next morning. I know what days I need to be in [redacted] for my conference and what day I need to be back in my office for work. Three days difference from what I need and entered is big! I would have no need to request the dates Priceline confirmed me on! so if it wasn't Priceline's dishonest practices then there obviously was some type of "mistake", "glitch" and not necessarily 100% the consumer's fault without any involvement of Priceline but it's me the consumer who takes the big hit/loss. Even computers make errors, I have seen it in the 40 years of working with computers, banking systems, etc. Look at our most recent issues with [redacted] and more.
I sure wish I could be the big whale and Priceline the little fish to see how they would like the reversed roles, but I'm just the little fish in the sea of many. Hopefully many more consumer's will take their complaints a step further and together we can make a difference through the [redacted] or any other entity who can make a difference.
Obviously it appears Priceline is going to continue their cookie cutter/scripted responses, and excuses and reiterating what the airlines policies are, etc, and I don't need that, all that is meaningless because if they really were interested in righting this matter they could...THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO! Priceline doesn't want to do what even airlines do on rare occasions. Priceline is just refusing to take any fault and some financial loss if necessary in this matter specifically, and other complaints I have seen. If they can take enough interest in those that keep them in business, I have no need for the neither. This is a hard lesson learned...don't trust Priceline but one that will not be forgotten.

I am rejecting this response because:Clearly Priceline failed to research the accuracy of their response and continue to suffer from whatever database error caused this proiblem in the first place. The fact that Priceline's database still shows the f;light as 1 Feb 2014 almost a week after it was corrected by [redacted] Airlines is direct evidence of their faulty system. Also, [redacted] Airlines gladly assisted the ticket exchange while Priceline's support was busy claiming it was [redacted] Airlines who was preventing any assistance. [redacted] Airlines only charged me the difference in the cost of the tickets without charging any additional fees. What I am demanding from Priceline is the difference I was forced to pay do to their failure to properly track correct flight dates. Not a difficult task for customer service to provide unless the mistake was a deliberate failure meant to generate profit unethically. Just because Priceline claims something is "our policy" doesn't make it ethical, legal, or acceptable customer service. I'm sure [redacted]'s policy allowed everything they were fined for during the sub-prime lending debacle. That didn't stop them from being fined though did it. "our policy" is not a valid argument for the outright refusal to ethically resolve a complaint.Attached you will find evidence that the flight dates were changed a week before Priceline responded to this complaint with false dates.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: an exception was going to be made because of my situation. See attached screenshots from online conversation with Priceline associate in previous message. I know now to book right through the hotel rather than a third party because if I did book right through the hotel, I would've gotten a refund. I did not use the hotel stay and some sort of compensation should be provided. I will no longer book through Priceline ever or other third party businesses. I will also forewarn my business associates, family, and friends. This is a poor choice for a company policy. Sorry but you've gotten too much of my hard earned money for nothing in return and you're company has given me stress over your [redacted] return policy after one of your associates says it was possible to get a return. In addition, refunds or cancellations for your hotel reservation are not available after noon local hotel time on your day of arrival (Monday, October 24th).
However, you can return the car earlier than your scheduled drop off date, but we are unable to issue a refund for unused days.
Please note that as a one-time exception, your refund for your hotel reservation has been processed. A refund for $502.31 was issued on October 26, 2016. the reservation until I text one of your agent [redacted] and told him my

and have them change the date from Oct 17th to the 18th and
another agent me he should have not told me that because he was wrong

requesting $ 18 and some change back that reservation number was [redacted]
and the next number is the conformation for half of my money back [redacted]
and I charged that to my [redacted] so I had to make a new reservation
because that came to $78 and some so they cancel one and refunded me
$36 back as for the other $36 they gave me half back and that was not my
mistake but one of your agent.
