I am rejecting this response because:
We called and spoke with a manager which said they would refund all of the money I also have a email from priceline.com that says so and I will be more than happy to fax you all of the emails I have from them. In the first place the hotel I requested they sent me a email that said it wasn't available so what right do they have to find me another one without me asking for it so the email on that said there would be no charge then I get another saying I was booked at another and they took my money so with the first email saying they were unable to get me where I wanted they could have just close it there and not taken my money. All I want is my rightful money returned they should not be able to get by with this if they can not get you in the hotel you ask for they shouldn't keep trying until they find something and take your money without asking you. They are just ripping people off.

When the reservation was booked on our website, you were asked to select a hotel which includes a flight itinerary. The page also gives an option to choose a different flight.
Prior to booking, we presented a contract page with the details of your request, including the information that the arrival airport is in [redacted]. When you selected to purchase the package, you have confirmed the information to be correct and agreed to the terms and conditions.
 
We apologize if you experienced poor service. The option to change or cancel your airline reservation is dependent upon the airline's policy.
An exception can be made to cancel your airline reservation minus a fee of $200. After you cancel, please submit a new request on our website for the correct airport. Once the new request is accepted, please provide us the new trip number so we can process a refund of the $200 cancellation fee minus $50 change fee.
 
Should you decide to cancel the airline reservation, please contact us prior to your scheduled departure on Tuesday, September 8, 2015; 6:25 PM. Please note that the original airline reservation must be cancelled prior to submitting a new request on our website.

While someone living in [redacted] might not be misled by your representations, the average traveler unfamiliar with [redacted] would have no idea that "the shaded area" is actually miles away from the Museum Quarter. A presumably reputable business such as yours has a duty to not present misleading information to the general public. I suspect the Attorney General might be interested in reviewing your advertising practices

According to the customer, she selected a reservation with a flexible cancel policy and intended to cancel...

the reservation for a full refund on the confirmed check-in date, August 1, 2015.

I believe this issue has now been resolved. I just received the following e-mail from Priceline. I will advise Revdex.com if the refund does not come through, but I expect that it will. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue which Priceline nor American Express would help me with.

I filed a complaint about a car rental situation, the company responded by saying that I didn't make it to the car rental place before they closed, but I have proof that this is not accurate.  On my receipt it has a time stamp on it and they asked for this receipt, meaning they have access to the correct time I was in [redacted].  I didn't see the email from Revdex.com, until you closed the complaint.  I am asking that you re-open this complaint, so that I can prove that I was in [redacted] at 10:33 in plenty of time to pick-up my car that they gave away well before 11:59 when they closed.  The sign posted on their window said they were out of cars and therefore went home for the night, closing early.  It had nothing to do with me being late to the counter as they are saying.

I have received the consumer’s additional comments. As you requested, I have again reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support a more favorable conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what has already been stated in our previous correspondence. The screen shot provided by the consumer listing a $1462 rate, only lists an outbound flight and no return flight. This itinerary does not match the itinerary selected and purchased by the consumer. We searched for the same itinerary on [redacted] Airlines' website, and found that the total cost for the identical RT itinerary available is $ 2,047.80, which is higher than the price the consumer selected and purchased. wrong credit card was used for this reservation and you intended to use a
different credit card. You placed [redacted] billing address and name during
the booking process, while, the credit card number entered is not his.
Our records indicate that you called our Customer Service
to change the credit card on file or, cancel the reservation. We are sorry;
however, for security purposes, once a request has been processed, the credit card
details cannot be altered or changed.
 
Once the credit card details were
provided upon booking, the credit card issuing  bank sent us
an approval for our system to process your purchase request. When assessing the
validity of a request, we process each of the factors collectively to determine
the risk.
Please be advised that since our travel partners do not
