I have been a loyal user of this site for yearsPoshmark has locked my account and I am unable to make purchases or list itemsI’ve been trying to reach out to customer service for nearly daysI’ve tried on all platforms- social media and contacting support directlyI’ve gotten once response that didn’t help or resolve my problem whatsoeverI also have around$in earnings that they are holding from meI’m not able to use or redeem themI feel like I am flat out being ignoredI was never notified that my account t was being locked eitherI basically figured it out for myself and now can’t get anyone to help me fix the problem and restore my account with full privilegesI was told my account was locked because I had created a second accountI had no idea that would be an issueI have since deleted and just want my original one working again

I recently purchased a pair of *** *** shoes from a seller on PoshmarkThe shoes were advertised as being size 8.5, and I paid $*** for the shoes which included shippingThe shoes were delivered and I received several emails from Poshmark showing tracking that the box had been delivered and I needed to approve the delivery in order for the payment to be releasedI was out of town, but checked the tracking and saw that they had been delivered, and confirmedOnce I returned, which was more than days after ordering (so the funds would have been released regardless), I discovered that the shoes were in fact size women's This was my first purchase through Poshmark, and is quite a large sum of money that I was saving to spend on new shoesI double-checked the listing, which confirmed the seller had falsely advertised the shoes as size women's Disappointed, I reached out to Poshmark customer servicePoshmark does not provide any customer service over the phone,

This company steals 20% of your sales which is ridiculously high and outrageousI attempted to sell a Tennis bracelet with 1/diamonds on each link beautiful braceletFirst they make you send it to the customer, they give them days to decide, than the day they are to pay you the customer so called creates a “case” than stalls a total of days, Poshmark than approves the case because customer didn’t like it or provided proof it was not what the description said which is a lie, all while not paying you anything and sending your belongings to a stranger that can possibly change your itemsSo after all this process I would never recommend this site it’s only there to make money off you, & finally this company is for making profit they don’t really care for your items

Poshmark policy states that they will not accept returns based on simply fitting issues, but description issues are a different storyI purchased a pair of pants that were listed as 28's, in the description the seller goes on to note they are marked 30's but that they are actually 28's because they run smallI contacted the seller to verify this and got no word back, but because I had had a good experience up until this point so I trusted itI received the pants and they were absolutely huge, I measured them to find they did not run small, and that they actually measured to a inch waistI filed a return complaint because I felt like the seller confidently listing them as and stating they were inch waist pants and that they ran small was a completely inaccurate description as if she would have been honest and said they were 30's or bigger and that they didn't run small I would never have purchased themThey told me twice that somehow this is an accurate descriptionand
