I sold an authentic purse via PoshmarkThe buyer received the item and filed a return request which was approved and buy was instructed to ship the purse backThe buyer shipped back an empty envelope with no purse (with a value of $400, but I sold it for $and with Poshmark fees I would have earned $168.) I contacted Poshmark about the issue multiple times and have not gotten a responseI provide video and photo proof of the empty envelopePoshmark advertises buyer and seller protection as the reason why they take $of profit from the seller, which is why I felt safe to sell with them, but they have not held up their end if their promise and I am out my purse and my $

After jumping through many hoops, my return was declined Even though the seller told me my computer would fit in a computer bag, it doesn’t So now I have a useless computer bag The customer service was the worst ever They had the nerve to tell me I could sell it through them! Horrible

Their so called Posh Protect policy says items that returns are allowed if “Item is not authentic”.I have irrefutable photographic proof that a fake was sold yet they refused a returnThe product was likely a grey market product which are sold in small shops throughout ***This was evident because the size was more like a Small or Extra Small I own dozens of the same shirt with the exact same label (size-M, cut type-SLIM FIT, fabric descriptiIRON) which I bought from *** *** over the yearsThe collar on the copy was missing the distinctive black line on the inside and the tailoring was cheap (sewed without folding fabric)Despite having send photos of the genuine product to compare with photos of the fake, they refused to accept the return but simply suggested I donate the shirt to charity!

Overall I have had a pleasant buying/selling experience on PoshmarkAs with any buying/selling app, look out for misrepresented items, etc.--not everyone online operates with the same level of integrityCheck seller feedback scores for an idea of their trustworthinessPosh support has generally been helpful in the relatively rare event of an issue arising, and the user always has recourse to Paypal protection--provided you pay with PPPosh's cut is 20%, more than some other apps, so I'll dock a star for thatThe standard shipping rate of $works in your favor for heavier items, and against you for cheap/lightweight ones, so I'll call that a washBoutique items can often be gotten cheaper elsewhere onlinesavvy shoppers will know thisBut as for gently used items, a favorite place to shop and sell

On 9/2/2018, I purchased crocs Cyprus V heel size shoesThe ad described the product as crocs Cyprus V heels size shoesI received a different and older croc style and MORE IMPORTANTLY I RECEIVED A PAIR OF SHOES WITH SIZES THAT DONT MATCH!! This business has horrible customer service! Being a first time buyer on this website I was assured that I would be receiveing an item that was new with tags and had never been worn or tried on but when I received this item this was not trueI have reached out to customer service well over times and have not received any help or even any remorse regarding this situationDo not spend your money with this company or spend your money because they ask as if the customers are worthless once they have your moneyI have sent photographic evidence, email eveidence and offered to send the item back to no availThis has been a horrendous experience and I would not recommend anyone to use Poshmark

I made two separate orders from this company in the same day on may *** I still have not received either package I have contacted the company multiple times, they have refused to give me a refund and given me vague scripted answers they have also provided me with no means to actually verbally speak to a person on the phone!
