I have used this company for less than a month, and had over eight hundred dollars in sales plus over sixty pending listings (most of which I had offers for) plus spent nearly five hundred in in-app purchasesOn Monday, all of my listings were deleted and pending sales/purchases cancelledPoshmark gave me no explanation of why, so I had to research online to find out my account had been restrictedI contacted Customer Support (online, since they dont offer phone customer service like a reputable business would) on Monday and rec'd only a system generated reply that I would get a response in hoursNow, Thursday evening, I have rec'd no replies despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, social media, and the app itselfI have lost money in sales plus had my account debited for purchases they cancelled

I made purchase from site 2-days agoI contacted site to ask about my order status et keep getting automated replyI have asked seller numerous times to provide me with updateI asked for time-frame of shipment, There is no phone numberonly auto-responsesThat is discourteousThey are holding my funds et I do not know if I will receive the item I orderedI do not know if it is authentic ou fakeI would like a nice smooth reputable transaction

Hi there, I've sold several items on my Poshmark Account in the past couple of yearsThe first couple of sales I made shows that checks were sent to me but I have not yet to receive any check payment from PoshmarkI have sent numerous emails through the Poshmark Portal and each time I have not received a response or return confirmation of my issue or any email to find resolutionI This has been an ongoing issueI am disappointed cause I have sold items and still have yet to receive payment for any of my salesWould you please help me get this issue resolved? Poshmark states full days until they can release payment for an itemI shipped my item February 1st and it was sent to Poshmark for inspectionAfter that it was sent to the buyerThey buyer didn’t release payment on their own and it has been over a week since the incidentI still haven’t received funds, an email if there was an issue, and no response when I contacted them twice nowIn total I have messaged them times and no answer for resultion or even responseThere’s no number to call and it’s frustrating how they do business

I have been selling on Poshmark since March of this year and until recently, I had zero problems with any customers or Post all started to come apart with the sale of pieces of clip on hair extensionsthis chick hinted at me for weeks that she really wanted the hair, but couldn't afford them(they were bucks)So I lowered them for this woman, she paid, I shippeda week later I received an email from Posh stating that I had a "case" against me on this hair!...the woman stated she has super thin hair, and that (little pieces) wouldn't make her hair thicker...(umm pieces)they said they were giving her back her money!...no one asked me if I wanted to defend myself and the product, just "we're giving her the money back"...WHAT?...I sent an email directly back stating I hadn't misrepresented this product ever, along with all photos....I got nothing from them Then I wake up this morning to Posh saying another "case" has opened against me for selling fake Victoria's Secret body spray!!...I even included the original skew number on the bottle, and the original $price tag!...and I even sent her the $body lotion as a bundle all for only $10!so I sent the following email to Posh todayto Poshmark

Poshmark claims to protect consumers from counterfit merchandiseI purchased a pair of sunglasses from a seller on their app and they were clearly counterfitI confirmed with a sunglasses retailer of the same brandI reported to Poshmark who argued back and forth for a week before having me send them the glassesThey refuse to agree that they are counterfit and refuse to process a returnSelling counterfeits is illegal and it would be dangerous for me to wear the glasses as they offer no actual eye protection

I recently purchased two blouses from a sellerShe listed them as regular blouses, and since Poshmark has many different categories of tops (i.ecrop tops, button downs, camisoles, sweatshirts, etc), I took this to mean these were blouses with nothing out of the ordinary about themThe pictures also showed nothing out of the ordinaryI submitted an offer to the seller and she accepted
Upon receiving these blouses, it was quickly discovered that these items are CROP TOPS, and not blousesI immediately opened up a case with Poshmark, seeing as I ordered regular blouses out of the blouse section and not crop tops out of the crop top sectionI was told that I should have asked for measurements ahead of time, and that it was clearly a fit issue instead of the seller misrepresenting the item
Poshmark has categories for a reason, and I was not interested in crop topsThe seller marked them as blouses and did not provide any additional informationI should not have to ask for the length of every shirt seeing as there IS a section for CROP TOPS, and all items that fall into that length should be listed there or they are misrepresenting the items
Poshmark now refuses to refund my money, and continues to tell me that it's clearly a sizing issue and not a misrepresentation of these crop tops as regular blouses despite the fact that I've sent them pictures, measurements, etc

This company has Beyond been ridiculous and Petty' since I first filed a claim with the Revdex.comMy most recent issue is is with the return of a *** jacket I soldI'm not even sure what the pictures are of that they provided me withPoshmark said I misrepresented my item, as far as the size pertains toBut I clearly photographed the size tag on my itemThe customer provided pictures of an item that was not the one I sold themThe item I sold was clearly photographed in my listingThe item that the customer provided was clearly not my item, and it's clearly photoshopped, as is clearly shown by the partial missing of one of her fingers on her handEither way, the parts of the photograph that she sent to Poshmark, and the photograph of my actual item absolutely do not matchNor, does any of that have to do with the actual size of the item, which Poshmark said I misrepresentedAs I clearly showed the size tag in a photograph on my listing

When searching for the product, I selected the "new with tags" filter, and the item I ended up purchasing appeared in the resultsAs a customer, the item was advertised to me as though it was newThe dress was not new: it has pilling, various spots and stains, and is stretched out in the hipsWhen I emailed Poshmark and a refund, they said that the description said the item was "barely worn;" while that may be the case, their search engine did not cull this itemEven so, the item is not 'barely worn,' as it is dirty with pilling and stretched outAfter requesting a refund and to return the item to the seller, Poshmark ceased responding to my emails
