I love poshmarkI have bought a hundred different thingsI think I only returned idems not as describedAnd posh efficiently looked over the dispute and allowed a return processI have also bought a couple things that could of had better descriptions like if the idem runs small say it runs smallI also am a firm believer to ask questions and get answersI also sell on posh and have had many sales almost all perfectly smoothI did accidently mis label a size once my mistake and the buyer returned it to meI have bought and sold many idemsAnd all have been very smooth, even the not so good onesPosh is good at answering within a couple business daysIt seems odd so many bad expirencesI hope that one bad expirences doesn't ruin it for everyoneCheck seller rating and reviews and do ur research on idems before you

I order a purse from Poshmark for $ I was sent a message a couple of days later telling me the purse was sold out BUT they have the same purse in a different color for $dollars I ordered the purse and received itI was very happy with my purchase The following day I received my original order Now I have two purses I contacted the company and they basically told me to take a hike so I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint I informed Poshmark I had filed a complaint and *** told me they would make a one time acception and accept the retuned item for a full refund IF I stopped the complaintI told *** if I did not receive a full refund of $plus shipping $4.69, I would reopen my complaint The did make a refund but they refunded $ I returned the $purse This company is a scamThey did a switch and bait and need to be called outStay away

I enrolled in Poshmark as a referral, I was only buying on the site and one day Poshmark stopped my account and said, "it was similar to another account" I went back and forth for over days with emails to make them understand this was actually my account and did not belong to someone elseAfter sending them my license they then asked me to write a statement stating I understood their policies I never did anything wrong on this siteWho are these people? Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in a service businessDo not buy or sell on this site

We are currently experiencing high volumes of inquiries and we will get back to you just as soon as we can." Poshmark's policy on their own website states that the buyer will not be charged for the item purchased until days after delivery to be sure that the buyer is happy with the purchaseHowever, my credit card was charged on 5/8/**, the date that I bought the purseThe item was not even delivered until 5/15/**I contacted P

This company is horrible! Don't get sucked in by their offer of discounted shipping on your first purchaseI signed up and was offered $shipping, this was not honored and I was charged the full amount of $which is outrageousI was unable to cancel my order and you can not call and speak with customer serviceThe company only allows you to email with any problems or questionsI did so and received a bogus general email stating reason why they may have not honored the discount, it was not a specific response to me emailI have no idea how this company has an A+ rating, it is such a rip offI had read a review beforehand where the buyer had the same problemI wish I would've headed the warning, I just thought there would be a way to resolve this but Poshmark is unwilling to help mePlease take my bad experience as a warning and steer clear of this company

Twice, I have had far less than stellar experiences as a seller on PoshmarkWhen an item I sold was lost in transit by *** for nearly a month, they offered no help when it came to communicating with the buyerWhen the item eventually arrived after I took it upon myself to file a claim with ***, the buyer used the product, decided they didn’t like it and filed a claim with PoshmarkI immediately rebutted the complaint, stating that the product was sent in new, sealed condition and if they approved the return, the item would be useless to me and I would be out the funds that it was sold forPoshmark approved the return and I must say that I was falsly leftneith a bit of hope when the email stated that Poshmark would make the transaction right if the item arrived in a different condition than how it was sent from the sellerWhen the item arrived damaged, used, packaging destroyed and missing parts, I immediately filed a claim with photos for proofIt took nearly two weeks to hear back from Poshmark, all after about emails I had sent to check the status of my claimI was then told that Poshmark would offer no help to me as the seller to make me wholePoshmark will no longer make 20% off of my salesDon’t bother selling on this site, it’s not worth the headache from scams

I received an item from a seller on Poshmark but when it arrived it had two stains on the front area that I was not aware of from the item listingI asked for a return and was granted a return by PoshmarkA company is supposed to send a return shipping label when it is not the buyers fault for a listing not being as described and that isn't what I receivedI wrote Poshmark Customer Service on three separate occasions asking for a return shipping label and never received oneI don't understand why they would not send me a shipping label for this item after I was granted a return by the companyI will be pursuing legal action for this injustice no matter how small the matter is this company does not act in the best interests of its buyers

Company in question stated a return policy as "must be disputed within hours of purchase," then after customer (self) contacted company in question within HOURS of receiving merchandise (Dansko multicolor clogs in size but what was actually delivered were Dansko black clogs in smaller size - both the wrong color and wrong size) delayed their response then changed the status of package to “Delivered” so that customer (myself) could not request a return or dispute/determine recourse even though seller agreed publicly that the item was indeed the wrong item and wrong sized itemSeller everydayweplay stated publicly that item was indeed the wrong itemEven so, Poshmark did not contact me and denied the claim after everydayweplay stated this publiclyThis is exceedingly poor customer service and directly violates Poshmark's stated return/dispute policy

Because a case was not filed in the app within hours from when the order is delivered, funds were not put on hold from being released to the sellerOur team have given the buyer $** Posh Credit which is the amount of the listing price to her Poshmark account on *** ***Because of this, we consider the case resolved

This company is like *** where you can put your merchandise that you've bought yourself and either used or have not used up for sale and other members purchase it at a discountI've been a member of Poshmark and sold my items since ***I put up an authentic *** belt I purchased last year that I wore a handful of times but didn't find use forA new member that joined poshmark in January of this year with a brand new profile decided to purchase my beltI advertised it had no scratches and posted pictures which was true, like I stated I wore it less than timesThe member disputed the purchase saying she received it and it was scratchedThat was unusual because I remember packing it up to ship to her and looking at it one last time and it was in perfect conditionThe belt was sent back to me, the buckle was tarnished there were scratches all over the belt which I have pictures to proveI've been in contact with Poshmark and they refuse to open up another investigation and get
